Poor service. Item advertised online, went to store to purchase this and another item but walked out when they wouldn't honour the price on their website. Said try another store. Very disappointing total tools. I will try another store, trade tools from now on

I run a carpentry business and after years and years of buying tools from other tool shops I finally found one that actually gives back to the customers who are spending there hard earned money.

The staff are unreal they go above and beyond for the customers.

Best tool shop ever!

Want a tool? Chances are these guys have it. They're not the cheapest place but they sell quality brands.

I have given this rating due to poor aggressive behaviour in the car park towards Anytime fitness customers. In the carpark shown the van driver deliberately parks to squish the gym customers across effectively making the gym carparks smaller. It's a courtesy when using the end parks to park as close to the end as possible, however the van driver does the opposite on purpose. I have personally observed this and really disappointed. The staff are nice and polite. But this is childish and stupid. Local businesses should be working together not intimidating each others customers. Hope to see some positivity after this.

Just got served by Blake and found him to be very professional in his approach to my general enquiry and patient with me throughout the whole purchase! Definitely recommend total tools for all you needs.

Excellent family-owned store with great range of products and prices. Most importantly, their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I went into the store 2 days ago to buy a traffic cone and the young moustachioed man Jai was so warm, friendly, caring and genuine I was truly touched. It's so rare to meet people like this, and I'll always remember it. Thank you Jai, for making my day and for being such a hero!

Very poor customer service, was purchasing over 1K tools and gear for my crew but because the guy wanted to close the shop today he said I have few min otherwise he is closed. I mean I am buying from your shop and already going to pay for it. That’s not the good attitude for your customer service never going back since he just wants to close and go home

These legends saved my skin yesterday while broken down in the truck on the Centenary Hwy. They went above and beyond to deliver a tool to the side of the road to get me going. I’m not a regular customer, live nowhere near the place, and won’t have the opportunity to use their services again, but after speaking to the manager here on the phone he didn’t hesitate to jump in the car and come out to help me, and it wasn’t a big purchase, just a $50 tool. Absolutely superb customer service and couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks guys, I really do appreciate your assistance!

Always good customer service in my experience. Great upbeat environment too. Prices are reasonable and some of the TTI gear is a bargin.

You've just missed out On a huge sale
My boss sent me to purchase 4 brand new impact wrenches as we are currently using wrenches that U have to sticky tape the battery inside.

10/10 service. Walked in. Served immediately by Damien. Showed me the range of products and knew all about them. Easy fast purchase no stress and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Friendly and quick service. I was in store around 10 am, and driving off with my new tools 15 mins later.

Great service especially with kids. Went to grab something just before close time with my 2.5 year old daughter and the team were great with her. Specifically went out back and filled up a helium balloon and when she let it go they went again and filled up another one. They could see that I had my hands full so they helped me to the car. You don't often get service like this any more.
