Great helpful staff, very knowledgeable and friendly.
They price match willingly and the staff seem to enjoy working at the store.
I recommend this store over the green shed if you are after tools.

Went in to return a hammer that had come apart after one day of use. Had previously talked to Chris over the phone a week or two before and had no issues with confirming I could bring the hammer in. Was served by Shawn who wasn't interested in hearing me out and just wanted to know what I wanted to do with it. He was terse and short, displaying very poor customer service skills and a general lack of care for the customer. Would not return to the North Lakes store based off this experience and will go to Morayfield, if not another franchise altogether, in the future.

Went shopping for demolition hammer, Detroit 1700W was half price, what a find, plenty of helpful staff, unlike uncle bunnings.

Shopped here today. Served by Owen. Great service and great attitude. Mike assisted and has a great attitude also. Will definitely return because of this positive experience. Keep up the good work guys

Was told they would price match bunnings and provide free battery over phone. Drove there to be told they would only do one or the other. Wasted trip to deal with arrogant staff member who doesn't know his companies price match policy

We just wanted to express how impressed and thankful we were for such incredible service from one of your staff members Mick (Mike). After visiting over 4 other stores and receiving next to no customer service, what a pleasant surprise it was to walk into total tools Northlakes. Almost immediately we were greeted by Mick who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and assisting us to choose the right products for us. He went above and beyond helping us to reach the items we needed despite recovering from a major shoulder surgery. He also gave us some great deals and we felt he truly had our best interests at heart which is rare to find in sales persons. We will absolutely not hesitate to recommend his service to friends and family and will be loyal customers of Mick’s moving forward. He is definitely an asset to the company, thanks again Mick for your exceptional service

I bought a bunch of tools from here over the weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even pointing out that a box was labelled with a lower price than the item actual rung up for - I hadn't noticed, and so they made sure that I paid the lower price. Thanks Gents!

Rude and arrogant staff.
Looked upspecific item before coming into store, website said it was available. Rude man at counter didnt know what we were talking about and said he that the product didnt exist, i had no data on.my phone so could not disprove him. Tried to sell us something else double price!
Go to Sydney tools down the road, we are in Heaven! So much more stock, considerably more friendly, and we got the product we

Love how TT North Lakes is open on Sunday. Needed some grinder cutting tools for my Milwaukee gear. Excellent stock choices and was guided to exactly what I wanted by very helpful and friendly staff.

Denied a return even though they say they do it on their website. Said they are permitted by law to refuse me.

What a pain! Went to get a heated jacket, Web site said his size was in stock, unfortunately it wasn't, that's ok was looking at buying the more expensive jacket but was told the battery was an additional $70. Husband called Morayfield who said they had his size and had a battery included. It was the same jacket! And the battery included was a part of the promotion.had to drive all that way for the same thing Thanks Ben from Morayfield you were a champion

Happy with the items I've purchased through TT. Click & Collect process is very slow (they quote up to 48 hours). Easier to check stock and just go and get it.

First and last time i will go there. Fist guy i spoke to was helpful second insulted me was extremly rude and unhelpful.

Great store. Every boys dream destination if you have a garage or shed. Could spend an hour in here easy, just browsing and plenty of dollars into the bargain. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and nice little loyalty points system to 're spend in store. Win win Drop in and give em a go.

Seems understocked at the moment being a relatively new store. Bought a wet vac and the only one they had was the display model. Went another time to get some pliers and picks set but not a good range (or not what I wanted) and expensive: sidchrome hook pick set $39.95 same set elsewhere $25.20.
