Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Always so polite and professional and go above and beyond to help. I have experienced awful customer service in other local tool shops and as a woman who buys lots of tools. I’ll be shopping here from now on.

To Chris and his experienced staff, Chris is willing to offer professional advice and service with his back ground knowledge at all times with his hands on expert knowledge to the industry. Chris ability to provide solutions to my problems solving experiences and after sale warranty advice. Keep up the working relationship from All Coast Drainage.

The boys are just awesome, so helpful and always up for a laugh. They also deserve a medal for putting up with me everytime I go in there

WOW what amazing service I had from the team at Total Tools Noosaville on a weekend of flooding. Chris, Kade and the lady there (really sorry i cannot remember her name) were amazing. I went into buy a generator. They were nearly sold out but I managed to get s great deal. They put oil in it, assembled it and even put the 100kg generator in my 4x4. I live about 40mins from there but i would definitely make the drive again. Thanks for making a stressful time easy.

Brilliant service. I purchased the wrong item and not only did they take it back without issue but I was than advised what to get, took it home and have now used it. Exactly what I needed. Cheers guys

The store is located in the industrial estate near the car dealer's. I have being here several times for same tools. Today I had was help the moment I walked in to the store. And straight they helped me, to find what I wanted. I will come back here

Ordered an item on Sunday, was told on the day it would be ordered on the Monday morning, I explained I needed it by Easter, heard nothing by late afternoon Wednesday so I phoned, got Carly she said it had been ordered but wouldn't get it till well after Easter, I explained I was told something completely different, she was quick to say even if it was ordered on Monday they wouldn't of picked it until Thursday or Friday & that's a holiday, now she's making seario's up for me, clearly all the staff aren't on the same page, every staff member has a different version, All Carly was interested in telling me was how many people are on holidays & how many have been sick, full of excuses & no solutions, at the end of the call she was rude & didn't even apologize, another rude young employee that takes no responsibility just blames everyone around her.and to think they call them Team members.what a joke.
Trust me Kunda Park is the better store.
