Total Tools Morayfield

Two visits, two amazing experiences! Day one was getting more detailed info than we could have asked for, day two they opened up after closing minutes earlier so we could get a gift voucher for xmas, amazing customer service! (Our bad for not seeing what time they closed, but so thankful, amazing polite and helpful staff).

Recently brought a expensive hole saw set that basically fell to bits after drilling three holes in pine wood.
They got the rep-to check it and said its not covered under warranty due to misuse. No body could tell me what this misuse was, and why it caused the breakage.
If Total tools sell a product they should stand behind it and not rely on some rep that doesnt want to loose his bonus.
Thats the last straw for me, im off to try Sydney tools and others

Darcy was exceptional and is a asset to the business. I only wanted to spend $600 ish and ended spending $1200 because of his service and knowledge. I won't go anywhere else as long as Darcy works there.

Huge range of tools, a blokes paradise.

Sales assistant John Bohm could not have been more helpful. I said what I needed, he found it plus offered other options. In and out amdhappy within 15 minutes. Thanks.

What a great guy Angus is, attended their insider night and loved the shop. BBQ drinks and great value gear will be visiting again.

Customer service is lacking to say the least.
Warranty is NOT something you pay a $25 refundable fee for each item just to make a claim. Trade tools, Sydney tools both dont charge for warranty, i know where I'll shop.

I'm only rating the online experience with this store regarding communication and delivery.

Bunnings vs Total Tools.

Bunnings
Placed order on a Wednesday night. Friday afternoon I get a phone call saying that one of my items was in backorder and would be a considerable length of time before it would be delivered. Would I like to wait or receive a refund? I opted for a refund on that item and my order was delivered the next day (Saturday).

Placed order on 19th Feb. 3 weeks later, after emailing between themselves and I, 5 times, to find out what was going on, they told me an item was in backorder. I requested a refund for that item and asked for delivery of remaining consignment. 10 days later I received the order. I'm not entirely upset at delivery times but the communication was what let them down. Simple updates on the progress of an order isn't too much to ask for, as demonstrated by Bunnings.

I wouldn't order online with them again, though their products are good, so would probably shop in store.

Terrible experience! Go to Sydney Tools north lakes! 90% of staff have terrible customer service & don't know what they're talking about and proceed to walk around like zombies. Took 4wks to get a drill Serviced. Zero communicate effort.

I am a tradesman that works in South East Queensland and Total Tools Morayfield is by far the worst store.
Poor customer service.

Popped in during the week unsure on what type of cordless drill I needed and after being helped by a sales member felt confident in buying the right one. Very knowledgeable and asked the right questions, thank you Ben for all your help and advice being a weekend warrior and unsure on a few things everything you mentioned makes sense. The drill is awesome and works a treat not many shops around with staff like yourself

Absolutely the worst Total Tools in South East Queensland.
3 times I have put a product on order and they just don't get back to you no call back nothing.
I put my Detroit demolition hammer into get fixed, after 4 weeks I rang them to find out the progress they said they would ring me back and never did.
I just rang the back today to find out if there is no ETA for the repair completion.
Pick up your act Total Tools Morayfield.

I confess to too often being lured by the waft of sausages sizzling outside of the big green shed. Twice this week, I ventured into Total Tools (Brendale & Morayfield). On both occassions, the big red shed customer experience was top-notch. The product range is impressive, catering to trades while offering quality products and great advice to weekend DIY warriors like myself.
Highly recommend.

17/10/20. I popped in to see if they had stand that I had seen elsewhere. I was served by Ben who was very helpful and courteous. What I thought was great is that the item didn’t have a price on the shelf and when Ben looked up the price he also printed out a sticker for the shelf so customers would know the price. I have seen no prices on shelves before but this is the first time I have ever seen a staff member rectify the issue. The other great thing was when I asked if this heavy product could be carried out to the car for me, it was and Ben didn’t make me feel like I had bothered him, it was like, sure thing. Quite often if I ask this question I you get the big sigh and it feels like it is such a burden.
So thanks Ben for a great shopping experience.

Great locally owned tool shop. Deal directly with the owner. Always willing to put a deal together for you.

Staff were helpful. Have lots of products. So unfortunately I am editing my review because after 2 more times going in this store and standing there for 5 minutes with not even a hello I walked out. Obviously they don't have to sell anything and still get payed.
