Bought a Makita tool online, arrived damaged and not working.
Phoned the team, they won't provide a returns label to post back for the warranty claim. Making us deliver or pay expensive postage costs to ensure warranty cover this as we live more than an hour away from the nearest store.
The team are so unbelievable unhelpful, beyond a joke. WILL NEVER BE BUYING AGAIN.

Good service here, went out of their way to find an item that showed as stocked but could not be found, right at closing time on a Sunday. Thanks team! They did find it btw.

I went in the Paget store at around 355 on a sat arvo and I asked an air line attachment for a sandblaster I bought and the first bloke passed the buck, they couldn't get rid of me quick enough, all standing not worried about service, not impressed.

Purchased an ego mower, staff member showed me step by step through the manufacturer redemption offer.

Bad attitude staff (the Lady at the counter), leave my bag at the counter, I said no as I have hundreds of dollars worth of products in my bag with all receipts. I said they are welcome to inspect the contents when I leave, they said no it store policy. NO AIR CON in store. I will not step foot in the store again ever! I will even be happy to pay double anywhere else! They treated me like a criminal because I rode a motorcycle.

Happy to sell you a tool, but won't help sort out a warranty claim. I will not shop here again.

DON'T BUY FROM TOTAL TOOLS MACKAY! Bought a misting fan from Total Tools Mackay and shipped it to my current location. When trying to put it together, I found several parts missing and the overall build quality of the fan was very poor. I called the manager who asked me for details and to send photos which I did. 6 weeks later and I don't even have the courtesy of a response. Terrible service and an arrogant manager. My tip - try somewhere else that sells quality and that actually try to assist their customers.

Looked at local online Total Tools store for a Milwaukee M18 LL-0 LED lantern. It said "in-stock and ready to pick up". Drove all the way to the store and there were none on the shelf. Asked the lad behind the counter and he said "oh maybe it's in one of the promotional Milwaukee areas around the store" looked around and they have Milwaukee spread out every where. After wasting my time looking for it I went back to the lad and asked him to check if they even have any in stock. He said there were 4. He then looked at me like he was expecting me to do something. I said "well where are they" he replied "I don't know bro"

I then went to a locally owned competitor and they agreed to match total tools price and I walked out with what I wanted literally 37.5 seconds later. A local competitor gave me $50 off their price. It's unheard of. I won't be going back to Total Tools.

If i could give 10 stars I would. This establishment provided great service and products at great prices and I couldn't recommend it more. Especially the service from a young employee wearing a hat was very helpful and provided great insight into a wide range of products and made sure the process was easy for me. I will certainly be re attending this total tools establishment now instead of Bunnings and will be recommending it to all my fishing friends.

The staff are all knowledgeable and helpful while being polite.

I bought a $1400 toolbox had a dint in the back of the box. So I took it back to see what they could do. They told me the best they could do was 10 dollars off or some promo thing. So I ended up walking out of there with I cap, shirt and a tape measure. The dint isn’t massive but for something to make a dint it would of had to of been a pretty big hit. And when you buy something new for top dollar you except the product to be in good condition. This was just poor customer service from total tool. Especially since the day after I went in they had a offer spend $1500 get a $300 voucher.
