Total Tools East Brisbane

The initial visit for shop went well with the older guy helped us finding the product we were after. However, the product had some issues, and we brought it back to show them. The staff member took a photo of the product with where the problem and told my husband they were going to contact the maker and get back to him asap. Then.we never heard from them since. We emailed and called, but the call never picked up or somehow cut off. It was a very different experience from that of when we shopped, and we will not go back again.

Bought an electric EGO mower, snipper and blower form Ken earlier in the week. Absolutely champion and amazing customer service and knowledge! It is a credit to you all how your serve your customers and how the shop looks.

This was the store I and apprentices used all the time to buy all our carpentry gear, but never again, brought a tool into be repaired start of January, chasing the tool for months, all I got was we'll look into it and I'll ring you later, finally got the update months later and to fix the tool was nearly 3/4 price of new one.
Asked for it back got horrible attitude from blonde girl up front.
When the tool arrived in 50 peices in a box.
Very disappointing to treat your customers this way.
Trade tools and Sydney tools from now on.
Hate leaving this review as I like the store and popped in weekly.

Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service at East Brisbane (and most of there other stores) Will be more of our business coming your way.

Always looked after at this store. I would like to thank staff member Darryl who provided excellent service and great conversation on our mutual interest in machining. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday visited Total Tools with my father for specific spanner and allen-key. Robert patiently helped us find the product matching our requirement also that has a good price. We highly appreciate his customer service. Without his help we might have got lost in the huge warehouse with a lot of products. Overall staff is amazing and we recommend this place for tools of any kind.

The staff at Total Tools East Brisbane are wonderful. At 5: 29, after the till was shut off, they said no problem. I quickly grabbed my click and collect and was off. Thank you.

The old guy that was on yesterday afternoon was so rude I went to pick up my drill that was sent in for repair and he was being rude and badmouthing Milwaukee products would not recommend going to this store this guy needs the sack totally unprofessional behaviour is not called for will be taking my business to Sydney Tools from now on

Generally good experience when I come to this store, opens early which is handy parking for ute and trailer/ truck if it is not to busy, I give 4 stars as I was left waiting at the counter for about 5 mins till someone noticed and served me.

Places a small simple order for a battery and charger. It wasn't in stocks and had to wait almost two months for them to get it in. Called three times to chase up the order and was told they would call back the next day with information regarding the order. Not once did they call back. With the level of competition on the market, Total Tools need to lift their service. I won't be shopping there again.
Also, their advertising is irritating and obnoxious.

We were doing flood clean-up today and needed a replacement part and these guys really looked after us. Thanks guys.

Stock is totally disorganised, staff don’t even know what they have or where it is. They also had to go to the shelf to look up the code to process purchase. The older sales person at the register beside us was extremely rude and unhelpful to me, his colleague and his customer in rapid succession. He was a “Total Tool”.

All three staff members i talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. There's some pretty accessible parking out the front too.

Trade Tools use to be my first choice for quality tools & accessories. So today I assumed I could ‘click & collect’ order online to purchase a small tool accessory. I was wrong, service not available! So I’m now a signed up member at Total Tools where I have successfully placed my online ‘click & collect’ order.

Being on a busy road, access & parking can be difficult. Other than that, much like any other Total Tools store, albeit on the smaller end of the scale of store size. Seemed to have good stock levels though, in fact I only went to this branch because they were the only store with stock of the product I needed.

Your staff are great and very willing to help! I’ve been on multiple occasions and never had a bad experience thank you

I won't even waste my time to explain all the problem I've had with them, one word: unorganised
NEVER BUY if you don't have your tool when you pay for it because you could wait your entire life
FOR THE REPAIRS call them because they won't call you

Fantastic staff and service always friendly and helpful keep up the good work team at east Brisbane
