I will admit that I am writing this review due to a joke made by a staff member on the phone saying he would match a competitor's offer if I gave them a good review. But I didn't have to write it, I just really wanted to as the customer service definitely warranted some favourable words. And this experience is not unique, we have shopped there before and each time it was always positive!

They refused to deal with my warranty repair because I didn't buy the tool from their store.

Took the drill back to the other Total Tools where I got it from, who informed me that this is common for the Capalaba store because they just don't want to deal with it.

This may be my closer store now but I'll never go back and happily drive further to avoid them.

I’ve been a Tradesman for over 25 years and I’ve been into a lot of tool shops. I am totally blown away by the service and professionalism by the crew at Total Tools Capalaba. They went above and beyond to help me with my purchases and nothing was too hard. 100% the only place I will be spending my money when new tools are required. Thank you Total Tools Capalaba. Exceptionally friendly staff who put a lot of effort into helping. Great range of tools including some top brand specialised stuff.

Open 8am Sunday, duuhh! I don't think so and don't bother arriving at this time, website or sign at entrance needs to be updated! Have visited this store again (when open, tues 7th) to purchase my product, which I found with the help of the personality plus lady at the entrance of store, this type of staff is worth it's weight in gold and I am glad now I returned to this store, next visit I will thoroughly suss out all the products as it looks to be a really exciting store! I was impressed also by the immediate response of management to apologize for my inconvenience re sunday morning and offer for discount dollars which I did not pursue because that is not what my reviews are about, really looking forwarding to shopping here again!

Very happy with the new Total Tools at Capalaba. We received the best customer service experience we’ve ever had from any other shop - especially considering the time of year and their grand opening. All the staff were so friendly and helpful on every occasion we visited and Mark was amazing to deal with. Will definitely be our new go to Tool shop!

First time at the new store a few days ago very happy the young lady that served me was so nice and cheerful was a click and collect order I was in and out in just a few minutes I'll definitely be back again
