Fantastic service from the guys at Total Tools, and they helped me get a great deal!
They were helpful with assistance to load equipment onto my truck and going that extra mile.

I always seem to have the good luck of finding the right person for the advice and the tool that I need it seems to have alot of good quality products in this store.

My partner and I came in and was served by Shane. We would just like to commend him on his fantastic customer service. In our experience, this level of service is hard to come by and it was truly a pleasure dealing with him this morning. He had time to help my partner decide what he wanted and make sure he got the best deal. This experience alone would make us shop at this store again over the other tool stores.

Manager is a joke.
Returned a pair of work boots under warranty. 6 months later after not hearing anything I contact them to be told they are ready for pickup. No one there was smart enough to contact me. Just a lack of care.

This review was going to go down a whole entirely different route after some not so good service from the tool manufacturer/total tools however, Jake from Total Tools Burleigh Waters has kept a long time

If it wasn’t for his exceptional service and help I would have taken my business elsewhere. I’m not here to point the finger and it may have been entirely on the tool manufacturer creating the problem, however Jake sorted it all out and then went above and beyond.

Great experience yesterday buying some makita tools with a friendly and helpful older sales rep and also the younger manager on duty. I'm now a Bunnings convert.

I went to this shop yesterday, credit card in hand to purchase ego 56V battery for my mower, being advised from Ego that 2.5ah would suffice for my needs
Informed by a staff member there if I bought this particular battery they would not honour the 3 year warranty!
On re phoning Ego today they assured me it was their company who would honour this warranty & NOT the retailer!
Obviously this staff member wanted to up sell this item to another costing $349!
Sadly good customer service didn't extend to a more senior member of the community!
No wonder 6-8 employees were standing around chatting, with NO customers in the shop!
Needless to say I left without any purchase!
A $200 sale is better than no sale at all!
If I could rate Total Tools Burleigh Waters a zero I would!

Came in to buy a new welder for my father inlaw. Had outstanding service from David who patiently answered all of my father inlaws questions. David's knowledge and prior experience in the the trade was invaluable and greatly appreciated.

I always go to this store if I need any tools. It's a great location and the staff are super friendly. Just bought a new 10 piece kit and got some really good advice and a great price as well. Thanks guys.

ZERO custom service from Total Tools Burleigh Waters QLD store

I placed an online order and selected “Click & Collect”. At the time Burleigh Waters store showed items were “In Stock”. However after 20 days and number of emails and phone calls with different stories, I was told the products will not be available until June.

I can understand that this could just be a stocktaking mistake; however Burleigh store has not contacted me from day one, not initiated a single email nor phone call to explain the situation.

Very disappointing experience!

I had an excellent experience with the staff online and in store at Total Tools Burleigh. As always they contacted me to update the status of my online order to ensure my satisfaction.

Purchased a petrol pressure washer, ended up purchasing a different machine than the one I had picked out (based on the advice i received from the shop), and it was the best decision. Awesome piece of equipment and was delivered overnight to my home. Couldn't fault this business, especially if you're a novice like me and need a bit of help with your purchase.

Jake is incredible, if he doesn’t have what we need he always makes sure he finds it or an equivalent.
