Went to Total Tools Bundaberg. Fantastic range, fantastic service. Thank you to the knowledgeable ladies who served me. You sure are best tool shop hands down. I like the set up and the lighting in the shop is absolutely brilliant for us older blind Tradie. Cheers.

Had trouble working out how to setup a collated screw gun. Instructions in the box left a step out and i tried contacting supplier direct with no joy, figured as last resort go back to shop and hopefully someone will know. Store was really busy but Greg took the time to review some videos and sort me out.
I always get great service before and after from the team!

Just want to shout out to store manager (Greg) for cleaning up a mess. Ordered on 30 th of September a mitre saw with TT online and Bundaberg was allocated the order. I finally got it today (12th of October). Order was despatched to a local delivery. Very hard to deal with having it delivered to our address after 2 attempts. So I decided to call shop to discuss. Greg was the only person I could get any sense out of after several phone calls.
Finally I told him (after frustration with delivery vendor) that I would drive to bundy to pick up a floor stock saw he had. Started drive to bundy and had a call from Greg that he would personally drive out to meet me half way. What a bloody legend. Thank you Greg for your awareness and care in getting my much needed saw to me.

Great service was after a impact wrench really badly, I rang up and they had 1 left. Abbey the kind lady at the counter held it for me till i arrive the next day. Give the online shopping away, im now a regular.

Absolute $hit $how in Bundaberg.

Untrained staff, it’s beyond their capabilities to send a tax invoice and forget customers are on hold for 15 minutes.

They’ve got no idea of the products they stock, would not go there if the tools were free.
