Total Tools Brendale

My experience at brendale total tools was awesome, I spoke with an employee with red hair and she was more than helpful. She was very professional and knew more than enough about everything on the shelves. And when it was clear that I needed time to finish shopping she was more than happy to back off instead off trying to make me buy more products. Overall it felt nice to have someone as helpful

I have purchased an item with one year warranty from this store. The item didn’t work after 5 months and I took it to the store for warranty. They told me it takes two weeks and they will call me. They didn’t call me and I went to the store again after 5 weeks and same story. This happened three times and I still haven’t got the item back after 3 months. This store has a very poor customer service. I never buy anything from this store.

Bought a few Milwaukee cordless tools lately and the service has been good. Huge range of tools and competitive with the prices.

I had rang the Brendale store at 3: 39 PM and was told by Kevin that a certain item was in stock, I stated I would be there shortly (Kevin did not mention they were closing early). I arrived at the Brendale store at 4: 10 PM and had seen two customers leaving and saw staff closing he doors. I went up and was greeted by a rude staff member who said they were closed. Their website had open until 5: 30 PM, why close at 4: 10 PM? DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THE BRENDALE STORE
I have bought numerous items from the Virginia store with no issues. Will never return to the Brendale store as they are not helpful, rude and close early without notice.

Shoutout to Total tools brendale. After 7 weeks they finally "located" my impact driver & hammer drill kit. Only took 3 visits to the store. Would recommend this store to anyone who doesn't mind waiting for tools paid for in advance

Anthony Douglas was one of the easiest and knowledgeable tools specialist I’ve ever had to deal with, he went above and beyond helping me. Especially after I had all my tools stolen. I cannot recommend him enough 10/10

Not happy about the rudeness of a manager of some sort that sat in office behind counter. Was quite rude to staff and a customer

This store is FANTASTIC.great (big range) stock, great prices, great knowledgeable) staff, (customers seem to be really happy when there in store? !). It's a great place where people will help, and nothing seems ever to be a problem.

The Guys at Total Tools Brendale are the best.

Service at brendale total tools are absolutely great.friendly. Helpfull and very professionel 5 star service. I recently switched from verginia which is closer to where i live to brendale store cause virginia branch is shoking customer service. Especialy when you get a problem trying to solve about a tool. Terrible solutions. If you want a 5 star customer service. Go brendale store see paul you will be glad to spend your money there. They allways have a quik and reasonable solution for your problems

First class customer service from Paul and his team. Really looked after me with replacing a tool, unlike other places it was an easy seamless process. I reckon the true measure of a great business is after service like this. Couldn't recommend these guys high enough.

Really helpful staff and a huge range of tools. Ordered in things they didn't have in stock that I needed and called me to let me know when they arrived.

Went out of their way to help me look brilliant! ;-) They were great and knew what to ask so I could buy the exact item my husband sent me to buy.
