Very poor effort from these people sat on the phone on hold for 20 minutes still not to be answered just went elsewhere

Hopeless. Order online, then you wait! Call to discuss then they jamb you on a indefinite hold

They brought us a basket when they saw we were carrying stuff through the aisles. I was touched.

I wish more stores had customer service as good as you'll find here. Keep up the good job team!

Awesome customer service.remembered my face from six months ago, and happily opened a couple of boxes to show me their machine polisher units.

A tool I purchased from this store failed the first time I used it, I expected the return/refund/exchange process to be a nightmare like most other places but it was the complete opposite. The guys there couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s hard to find customer service as good as theirs, and for that I will return. Thanks again.

Amazing customer service and support after large hardware company was no help and made a simple job difficult. Definitely be going there from now on.

Almost had what I was looking for but bought something else smilers.but found what I was looking for at Miter 10.o'well got extra now. As it's got a lot of tools. But not every thing.

Purchased a makita vacuum pump plus battery and charger as I don’t use this brand typically.
The item does not work as specified and can’t do my job correctly without it. It’s costing me money daily while waiting for a solution. Purchased another item to do the job and am left out of pocket $800 due to item not working to spec and total tools not eager to help saying it’s for makita to sort out.
I didn’t buy it from makita, I purchased from total tools for the reasons of customer support. Please just sort this out and make it right. I’ve contacted them 3 times with out a return follow up call. Very disappointed with the service. Do not buy a makita vacuum pump for split systems if you want to pull vacuum to correct specifications.

Just went in and saw Dave at total tools Beenleigh, was super friendly and understanding and helped me out with my purchase of a hand held cipro saw and some 5 amp Milwaukee batteries, good bloke, other blokes should take note

I ordered a $200 router from Total tools Beenleigh. I was told it would be in within two weeks. I called up after a month to see if it was in yet. I was told 'we will call you when it arrives', and hung up on. This repeated several times. Through the next few months. Including a store visit.

After 8 months I finally get an update that the router has arrived. The person who called me was incredibly rude and short 'well do you still want it? ' when I asked "it's been a while, do you know what the hold up was? "

I will be doing my shopping at Sydney tools and trade tools from now on. They have much better service and generally have a larger range in stock anyway.
