Part was in stock, paid over the counter and part was ready for pickup a couple of hours later once the dismantlers had removed it from the donor vehicle. No hassles, will use them again. Yard was clean and organised.

Have dealt with Total Parts Plus a few times and their service is excellent, prices are good and if parts are available they are quick to supply. I like the pickup process, very easy to do business with.
I recommend these guys if your looking for replacements parts and find OEM to pricey.

I highly recommend Total Parts at Cooers Plains. Urgently needed a replacement starter motor for my late model Mustang. I called and spoke to Nathan Boland who was super helpful. He quickly established that they had the part available, quoted me the price and took my card details, all in one simple phone call. My starter motor was ready to collect an hour or so later. Superb customer service and a real pleasure to deal with.

My second time round, Dean from the Sales Department was absolutely fantastic! Was able to well and truely process my order and payment within a 15 minute phone call (if that) and Janeen G from their support team had my invoice out to me also within a quick time frame. Pick up was super easy from their collection facility! Their pricing I find to be very reasonable, especially for what you get!

Their website UI is super easy and super great! I love that I am able to use the filter option to get to exactly the part that I require and also love the fact that they have images so you can compare to, to ensure you have the right vehicle and the information on the vehicle and parts where you’re getting the part from is spot on

Called to get a replacement a/c fan for my car. Nathan helped identify the part and organised it to be shipped. Nathan was very helpful and informative he also took the time to follow up on the order making sure the part turned up and in one piece. Great place to deal with!
