The female doctor I visited gave me no privacy while undressing and redressing for a private exam, and when asked if I could pull the curtain across she pulled it half across and then stayed within the open part. Also, no lubricant was used when using the speculum, making for a very uncomfortable and painful exam. I let the clinic know of this experience in their post-visit survey and have received no further communication from them.

I saw Dr Pummi and she was very helpful, compassionate and attentive to my concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent patient care. I felt comfortable and listened to and I can’t recommend her enough, especially for women’s health.

Would it be possible to correct the spelling on your doctors certificate template please?
It comes across as unprofessional in the corporate world when presenting to management.
Especially now you have to pay for consultation.

I had an appointment with Dr Ku last Friday but had a phone call about 3 hours prior to the appointment that he had to cancel the booking. I rescheduled to see him today at 7: 40am the first appointment as I have a busy day ahead. Got there 10 mins earlier and waited for him for 40 mins but he did not even turn up because he did not realize that he had a patient booking this morning. Is this real? I wasted my valuable morning and very upset about the situation. If your time is valuable, our time is also valuable.

Called the clinic to cancel an appointment (which I received a confirmation email for) ; a bit of miscommunication occurred and the admin member I was speaking to became seriously rude and defensive. I normally have positive experiences with this clinic, however, the way I was spoken to along with the overall experience was absolutely horrible.

Although, the assistant denied that it was even possible to be booked in for an appointment at 6: 30pm, I’ve attached the health engine email message to prove otherwise. Even if this was a fault of the health engine app, the admin assistant certainly mishandled/escalated the situation by getting defensive instead of looking toward a solution to assist me with my enquiry.

My mother went there today and worst receptionist ever - condescending, patronising. Never seen anyone this rude nor was the doctor any friendly either. Unprofessional, had her lunchbox out on the desk while seeing the patient, kept cutting her off rudely. I'd hate to see anyone else's parent be treated like this. Please go somewhere else.

Always a long wait, whether you book the first or last appointment of the day. Not sure why they don't space appointments out a bit more. Suggest they put on a system where patients are advised via SMS of long waits so they don't turn up early/on time.

Not even a sincere look yet apology.if he said it then it was hollow.should help my racism along more this type of foreigner is what turns my stomach what are they doing here.their just out to rob us and if they don’t get their rip off rate get out

Receptionist had to cancel my morning appointment but no one contacted me.they said ‘some one tried email 2 days ago’ but nothing in my box but an confirmation mail&sms yesterday.i wasted my annual leave and reschedule available in 2wks.
I don’t know any doctors yet but Reception was too bad.also there was no one at the counter even while not busy.
‘somebody’ needs to work better.

Had one visit for ear micro suction. 40 minutes of pain and I was suddenly unable to hear out of that ear. He was Very quick to say it wasn't his fault. Tried to blame my hearing though I said I'd been tested and it was perfect. They shoved me off with a referral to a ENT. THEN found out my ear canal had been cut twice and my eardrum bruised. I suggest if you have a ear issue don't go to this GP. Go to a professional at the onset. I personally will avoid this practise like the plague!

Have been searching for a family GP who is caring, compassionate and thorough with examinations and treatments. Dr. Gilani is the one and I and my family members are extremely happy to have found Dr. Gilani at the top health doctors clinic. He is my true GP! Dr Jack Ku - I couldn't recommend him more! He's sharp, straight shooter, and consults with a whole-person approach. Most GPs prescribe medications without giving a second thought but Dr Ku finds out about everything re: the patient before developing a treatment plan. Thorough and professional!

Went here to go my ear suctioned.the doctor whinged at me the entire consultation about how hard ear wax makes the removal more difficult.post consultation, blames my hearing loss on other factors (like I didn't know already.)

Now I am home, and I'm still pulling soft ear wax out, that is caught in my hearing aid dome.by far, one of the most uncomfortable experiences at a doctor, and my ear canals are still plastered with soft ear wax.

The receptionist, needs to learn how to time manage too.the phone is not important, if you have patients in front of you.

Generally good doctors but recent visits (more than 60%) have been very long waits (more than half hour pass appointment time) to see the doctor. Perhaps longer time needs to be alloted for each patient visit or an sms message to pre-warn patients of delays. Quite frustrating to make an effort for the appointment while feeling unwell and then having to wait longer than expected.

Doctor I saw was rude and had to wait over 1/2 hr. Parking was a nightmare especially around school pick up.

Poor parking. Doctor Jack Ku panished me for being 10 minutes late. Basically I had to wait while patients came and went for over 1 hour. I made 2 compliants to the admin staff. I was unable to find a carpark in the facility and ended up going round and round the area and finally got a park outside the facility, it was around the lunch time rash hour, so I suspect people were heading into the food tenancys. It was my first time at this doctors practice and my last! This was an intentional act from Doctor Jack Ku whether he had intended me to notice this nonsence or not! Highly unprofessional behaviour, I was treated very poorly and was disrespected!

I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a local GP. They also bulk bill!
The surgery has a large clean open modern waiting room, I don't worry about sitting right next to a contagious patient,
It's easy to get an appointment on the day, they have an online booking that is easy to use.
Ive never has to wait more than a few minutes to see a doctor,
Parking is easy
They deserve 5 stars!

Dr Flora Cheong gave a patient with drug dependence problems 5 repeats on a scheduled drug! She is a disgrace to the profession and needs to be investigated! She doesn't even take the patients blood pressure and barely looks the patient in the eye before writing whatever prescription they ask for.she is a drug overdose waiting to happen! Complaints have been made to authorities regarding this 'doctor'.
