Was really impressed that the doctor gave me confidence in her knowledge, thoroughness and care.

Doctors, nurse, reception staff were exceedingly friendly, kind and helpful. A really nice environment.

I'm never going back to this clinic again. When I booked an appointment it said it costs $76.20, but when I was ready to pay after seeing the doctor they charged $114.70. I asked the receptionist why they were charging me more and she said it was because the doctor spent more time with me. Of course he did. He talked on the phone in the middle of our appointment. I told her that, but it was useless. I still had to pay that much. I do not recommend it!

As my regular doctor at another practice was on leave, I was fortunate that I was able to see a doctor (Steve) at this practice in a timely manner.

Dr Maria is the only Dr I trust. I have followed her from Cannon Hill and will continue to follow her

Dr Karen Chai is an angel. She is a great listener and is very thorough. Won't be going anywhere else.

Disgusting place with unhelpful people. Refused to do a blood test as they wouldn’t except an email and needed a physical copy. Wouldn’t even print it for us. Deadbeats

Helpful, caring staff, in a good position in a shopping centre, with pathology in house, chemist nearby and parking available.

I feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed at this clinic: Reception and medical staff are always friendly and personable, and I have always felt, the doctors and Nurse Kerry genuinely have the patients’ interest at heart. Over the years, I’ve visited a number of the doctors there, (for their different areas of expertise), but I see Dr Kwong more regularly, and have to single him out for his patience during consultations and his explanations and solutions, which engender a huge level of confidence re his medical knowledge - and which ultimately remove any existing anxiety.

Dr Karen Chai and Dr Wayne Shipley at Top Health Doctors Greenslopes are caring, excellent doctors. Highly recommend.

Amazing doctors super helpful. Unfortunately there is a judgmental receptionist who doesn't care about people, and always manages to make you feel bad about yourself.

Had a telehealth appointment with a Top Health doctor and really enjoyed the experience. The doctor was thorough in their questioning of my symptoms and let me know what would be suggested if my symptoms continued after taking the prescribed medication.

Our main doctors is Dr Karen and Dr Steve, they both are equally professional and attentive to our needs and concerns. I would highly recommend this GP to friends and family.

Rude receptionist. Talks down on you, rolls her eyes and lies to you. Messes up bookings. And lies to you that they have confirmed with doctor when asking about vaccination and medical treatment when clearly she never approaches the doctor. Extremely rude as per the other reviews made by others that can confirm this. Why is she even there. Providing false medical advice is illegal. Your a reception not a doctor.

Someone collapsed in the mall and despite their duty of care, they failed to attend and stay with patient until ambulance arrived.

I wish I had read the reviews before attending here. I had a very sick child and arrived at the clinic one minute past my appointment time and Dr Maria Barker-Mott refused to see me. I burst into tears after being up all night with my baby and the reception staff did not offer an ounce of compassion or empathy. In fact I had to spend my time arguing with them to be seen DURING the allocated appointment time. This clinic is very clearly doctor-centred rather than patient-centred. I would absolutely not recommend a doctor that can let a stressed and anxious mother with a sick child cry out in the waiting room for the fact they are a minute late. A good doctor would put the patients needs above policy or protocol, especially when that patient is a child. I will mention that the doctor I did end up seeing (Dr Karen Chai) is patient, professional and empathetic but unfortunately I will never attend that clinic again because of the reception staff and the callous attitude of Dr Maria Barker-Mott.
