Very rude customer service, a hospitality distributer, just because you haven’t heard of a product doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Will not recommend going there, it’s a waste of time. TWD - no wonder no one goes in there, it’s a disgrace and waste of space. The people who work there should not be there. No one go there, it’s not worth the oxygen. No stars if I could.
The worst service. I waited for 10 minutes in the foyer waiting for people to assist me with a purchase and there were numbers of staff and no-one blinked an eye at me, even though I was obvious. This was not the first time this has happened. I can't believe they are still able to trade. Maybe they should consider closing off the other staff if they are meant to be doing other work rather than looking disinterested in customer service.
