Toowoomba Betta Home Living - Electrical, Bedding, Air Cons and TVs

It takes a lot for me to post a 1 star review. I have purchased two large appliances from this store in the last year. I had/have issues with both - the store basically said not our problem and told me to contact the manufacturers, even though one was misrepresented to me. This may be the case, but the lack of service was disappointing. After 8 months Fisher pykel's tech came and fixed the seals that did not shut on my new fridge. The stove which I was told was a reputable Italian brand turned out to be chinese garbage! I can't even cook in the oven and one of the electric ignition gas jets will not work. No satisfaction with this yet.

If you buy from Betta you better do your homework before you go and don't rely on their advice.

They're always more expensive, than retravision. Service poor. Dress like and act like you're either a porn star or two dicks. A nymphomaniac. You'll get better soon service.

Even though it was the Boxing Day Sale, I got a great price, great service from knowledgeable sales member and got 12 months intrest free with Certigy. Very Happy!

Maxine serviced us very well, we have known her for years.

Today our refrigerator broke down, we went to better electrical in erin street toowoomba at 9.15 am, got a great deal on a new refrigerator, and it was delivered, set up and going in my house by 10.15 am.they even took the old one away.my father, my mother in law, and my wife and i have been dealing with betta electrical for years, we never shop around and go straight to them.thanks again betta, ian
