I purchased a dress to wear to my nephew's upcoming "Boho Chic" Sacred Union Ceremony. The dress is beautiful and perfect for the occasion. It is as described on the website and fit me like a glove. The delivery was super fast and I'm also impressed that it came in a zero-waste bag. Overall, I'm very happy and highly recommend Tonketti Trading.

I bought the candles as a present for my future son in law and my daughter. The candles smell divine, especially lavender and they are very presentable in their own containers. The delivery was super fast, great communication and well packaged products. Next time I visit Kuranda I’ll drop into the shop to buy some candles for myself. Really happy with the purchase

Exactly as shown on website. The owner Toni was super lovely and timely communicating with me when a candle I had ordered was actually out of stock and gave me a very large discount on the next size up (only couple more dollars than original size).

I don’t usually like leaving a negative review under the circumstances the customer service I received was terrible
I purchased a dress for an event it arrived faulty the owner then wouldn’t reimburse postage cost to send the item back and deducted a restocking fee once I sent the item back which how can you restock a faulty item
I won’t be purchasing from this company again and
I’ll pass on the feedback to others I know not to buy from this company either

I first discovered this place when I went to cairns for the first time. The lady in the shop, I think her name was Tony. Was so helpful and patient with me. I bought 3 baby doll dresses and one other dress. She gave me a business card and said there was a online store. I have been looking for a place that sells these type of dress and styles in my size for years. Since discovering this place I have bought 6 more dresses from them. I highly recommend the business and high standard quality of the clothing.

Amazing shop amazing customer service, I came to cairns for a holiday and went to kuranda especially for Tonketti when we arrived her shop was closed so I emailed her and she was amazing. She took time out of her personal time to help me find the right handbag and purse, she also got it sent to my resort i was staying at as we couldn't get back to her store.
I almost felt I was instore with her whilst doing it all online. So beyond happy for all the help and communication. Highly recommend.
