Lovely and helpful staff. My pants were incomplete with hems I’d asked for and they hesitated none to have them sent back. A little inconvenient but 5 stars for effort and customer service. My jacket looks great!

After having a few bad experiences with Dry Cleaners in Brisbane I was recommended Tolemans for three designer jackets that needed stain removal. They are very experienced with looking after specialist services needed for unusual garment s such those used in church and the army as well as bridal dresses and other family heirlooms

I used tolemans to have a few skirts altered that fit poorly. I provided another skirt as a template and hoped for the best, given I didn’t really give them much to work with! One was similar to the template and the other was not. Anyhow, I just cannot believe how perfect both both skirts now fit! The work that was done far exceeded any expectations and was great value for money! Thank you so much! Please pass my thanks along to the person who made the alteration, given the great work they do! Just excellent.

I've been her once, my wife too. I was treated like s**t, my wife too. When she was trying to explain them what she was collecting, they shush her saying "relax, we'll find it". Also, be careful to hide your accent if you have one, they don't like it

Excellent dry cleaner. Rocked up at 12: 30 with a suit and it was ready for pickup as I came back at 1: 30 on the dot. Friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Will be coming over from St Lucia as a repeat customer.

I got a dark, heavy oil stain on my silk skirt during my lunch break and thought the stain would never come out. I rushed to Tolemans asking if it could be cleaned before the end of the day as I wanted to wear the skirt that evening for an event. I didn't think it could be done but they were able to clean it within 2 hours and it was spotless! I am honestly so impressed with their service and will definitely be coming here for all my future dry cleaning. Highly recommend!

Julie did the most sensational job, the presentation and the dry cleaning is exceptional. We drove from the gold coast 1 hour to come to this dry cleaners.

I knew straight away from talking to Julie that we were in the best of hands for all of our wedding attire. Our daughters flower girl dresses were presented in the most gorgeous boxes they were so excited!

My dress, wow I am so pleased we made the big drive because it well and truely exceeded all my expectations and I couldn't be more thank-full and appreciative for the effort that was put into everything to be preserved for when our daughters grow up!

Recommended by my wedding gown alteration lady for dry cleaning service after wedding. The store was far from my house but they happily offered pick up and delivery service despite i was living 1 hour away. They were very accommodating with the pick up and delivery timing.

Very reasonable flat rate service that came back in a beautiful box.
Did not have any hidden extra charges even for delivery or the box.

An honest, straight forward business with no fuss at all.
