TK Maxx Cannon Hill

We are genuinely gobsmacked by our recent experience at the Canon Hill TKMaxx. Shane the employee operating the till was incredibly rude and delivered the worst customer service we have ever received. He spoke to us horribly and not even one hello or thank you. Only snarky comments and he proceeded to raise his voice as we left in disbelief.

Last weekend I purchased a few pieces of clothing from TK Maxx and whilst purchasing the shop assistant asked if my purchases were for a special occasion. I said I had a job interview. She put the receipt in my bag and said good luck for your interview. When I got home I found that the assistant had attached a personal note to my receipt wishing me well for my interview. I'm grateful that she took the time to engage with me and I'm very grateful for the personal message. The receipt had Victoria mentioned on the docket. So Victoria thank you and be aware that your kindness really matters. The universe needs more people like Victoria. Thank you.

And of my favourite and most underrated home decor stores. Staff are always nice and helpful.

I'm a big guy. TJ Maxx doesn't matter to my type of clientele.

I get that I'm not normal sizing, but I can't rate it highly if there's no products that suit me. Sorry

Stop by every few weeks to see what new items they have, lots of decent stuff and an easy stop when I do my grocery shopping

Wanted to purchase a suitcase for travels but they only had 2 to choose so left without buying anything.

It was ok, only trouble if you don't have your own bag, be prepared to carry your purchases as they had no bags

Large TK Maxx so it does not feel crowded. I bought a small wok at a pretty good price. Worth checking out the clearance items. Good selection of pet toys here. You never know what stock will be coming through so worth a visit at least once a month.

Best site to hit Queensland in a longtime. Every gift idea you can think of under the ones roof. From candles to dog bowls and cat toys towels and clothing and shoes. U want or need anything come and check them out here in brisbane. They are coming in everywhere. You won't beloved what they sell in this one high store. Come and have a look. Cheers big ears

Love TK Maxx- really good place to find unique gifts at a good price. I rated Cannon hill 4 star because they don’t seem to have as much variety and stock as Mt Gravatt or Hyperdome.

The staffs was nice and they are always smiling. Heaps of beautiful and cheap clothes and I liked my new comforter set. So lovely!

A strange cross of Kmart and a Dollar Shop. Big store, with lots of variety in housewares and clothing. Not my style, though.

Worst experience of my life! There was a staff member literally following us and keeping an eye. It was the most uncomfortable and intimidating experience ever. Never expected such micro -aggression from any retailer.

The products I required were available which always gives me a good feeling. The servic at the check out was exceptional.the persons name was Barty. I hope that's right. She was cheerful and smiley faced.just wanted to thank her

I went to the store yesterday and was very impressed and happy with the service I received from a young gentlemen at the registers. I believe his name was Cody or Brody, but the store manager and owner should be very proud of his professionalism and manners.

Fantastic range of clothing, well set up and affordable prices. Add some lovely customer service to the mix and you got pleasant shopping experience. Love the new pair of pants I got, wore them as soon as I got home: D!

Went to the shop today and was reluctant when I saw the crowd, but it was worth the wait. Shopping was done in ease, I found some pots for a great price.and won a $20 coupon while shopping. Had a man by the name of Peter accompany me to the trunk of my car which is a rarity in this day in age. Thank you for the customer service, it was truly exceptional!

The have the most reasonable prices for homewares in Brisbane. Apparels and accessories are more for ladies but great shirts and t's for gents. Staff is really lovely and friendly.
