TK Maxx

I came to the store around 1pm -1.30
I was looking for few things for Christmas for my mother in law and some for myself. Girl at changing rooms was rude and had very bad attitude towards me. No smile no hello just "count your things and get into the room! " (twice!). She treated me as if I am incompetent and whilst I asked question she had completely ignored me.
Then when i was leaving she just gave me a looks, no bye! I didn't want to make fuss out of it as staff at the front was busy but I am VERY disappointed with the service i have received. Girl serving me at the front desk called Paris was lovely.

A fine range of items. Not all sizes are available but staff are accommodating and attentive.

The girl serving was very friendly, the store clean, but the stock.disappointing. Toowoomba is larger and better stocked with homewares bags beauty. I love TKMaxx and have shopped in Victoria, Gold Coast, Brisbane and this store was just a little sad.

ME LIKE

I simply like the TK Maxx stores. The Maroochydore one is no exception. Staff is friendly, returns - when needed - are easy, the quality is good and the selection wide.

I buy here frequently and happily.

Fairly good seconds shop. Stock is mainly clothing, more available for women rather than menswear.

Had a blast we went in to change a short came out with everything except U shirt lol luv TK Max

3 stars because their changing room's floors are absolutely filthy (dirty and dusty). I hate taking my shoes off in there. Also, The selection of cloths (particularly jeans) is very poor. I prefer tk max kawana, bigger selection all together & the place looks and feels cleaner. Pity it's a bit of a drive from Maroochydore.

Cheep prices, staff had a smile and felt welcoming. The stock tho I found to be average, nothing exciting or out of the ordinary.

It's a lovely shop well set out, not a crowed area which is good in the current environment. Service is swift too.

Probably has some great bargains but I just get overwhelmed by the amount of clothing and nothing seems sorted.

Been to a few of these stores and this is one the best. Huge open area, well laid out, with a ton of stock. Mens, ladies teens, children (and others) clothing, plus housewares, pets & sports goods.

Seems to have alot of stuff but not much i, d want to buy. Thought expensive for what you get in the fashion department

Good store, plenty of parking. Layout is good and prices are usually on point and we'll below RRP of manufactuor.

Range is much better then it was previously! Staff are friendly, grabbed a few bargains recently

Would be a 5 star but the lady in charge of the change rooms was extremely rude and passive agressive towards me.

My favourite place for finding decorative items for house & kitchen, & good quality clothing, but these sell out fast! You never know what bargain you may find.

Very overpriced on a lot of stuff, but if you take your time to rummage through the racks, you can sometimes find a bargain.

What a gem

This store is clean, staff are friendly and they are so helpful. I was in purchasing a present and Tayla (I hope I got your name correct) was so thoughtful and helped me peel the stickers off the presents and helped me choose wether to go wrapping paper or a gift bag.

The isles are a little narrow thou for my liking. I suppose it’s to fit all the great treasures for us

The candles are amazing, they have a small food section that is yummy! Baby section is great and the homewares is amazing.

It is a hit and miss with these stores but that’s ok that’s what takes you back time and time again.because the treasures you do find are worth it.

The in and out need to be clearly addressed at the front of the store however, I have found myself leaving many times only to be bombarded by people coming in. So something out the front would be great to address this.

Racks were easy and tidy
Limited sizes in boys from size 4-7.
Service at the counter was lovely, very friendly and took the time to fold my items nicely into a bag
