Went there for an interview and couldn't believe it existed there right in the backyard,! It's wonderful to have brand products at economical rates! Will go again to buy a car vacuum cleaner

I like tk maxx but I recieved some horrible customer service at this one.
I bought a set of palm reading cards from a centre shelf that had 6.99 on them and a set of measuring cups that had a chip in the pottery and was not wrapped up as a set, but was a set.

I get to the counter and was served by a lady with long black hair, I approached cautiously because she had walked back as of she was going on break and being in hospitality, I know how annoying it is when you just want to eat or go on break. She serves me anyway and only scanned the measuring cups and told me the total. I said I wanted to get these cards too, they were in my hands as I was at the counter as i placed the cups down, literally could have left with the cards and it seems she'd be none the wiser. She walked away and I heard her call for a price check, and I said I thought I got the ones with the price on them. Turns out it was the wrong sticker. She didnt tell me how much the cards were and just said "thatll be 22.50" i said if thats the price for the cards that id leave them. Turns out the cards were actually 7.99. She could have handled this much better and I won't be going back to this particular shop from this rude experience.

I often find some nice items there for good price, however the store is super messy and there is so much dust on the shelves. It looks more like a warehouse than a store!

There's always something different in this large shop. Whether it's a cardigan, sports or gym wear, warm winter jackets or fragrances to soap to bath salts to homewares and snacks and chocolate gift boxes.
I found a Champion Sports Jacket for 1/3 of the cost new, stoked! It's been keeping me really warm on these freezing winter mornings as I walk the Broadwater.
The staff are always working on the floor, so you're never left without an answer to your question should you have one.
The sizes and types of clothing are laid out in such a uniform manner, it's easy to find what you may be after.

Love shopping here, have bought many items for myself and gifts. Always have new products in, buy it when you see it or you'll miss out.

Its ok for what it is and sells, lower shelf height is a good thing, its geared for the more upmarket crowd tho, so dont expect a bargin basement price.

Love TKMaxx. Well actually having lived States side, it was TJMaxx. There is not the variety like I am used to, however I was pleased with my purchases and the general layout and tidiness of the store.
Interesting side note, cant leave the store with the shopping trolley, unless with a team member. Unsure why unless its a loss prevention issue.

I was followed around the store as if I was about to steal something. Very unpleasant experience.

Great stock selection of clothes, gifts and homewares. Lots of bargain buys perfect for Xmas gifts. I bought an Italian linen dress for $50.would cost three times more in a boutique. Well worth a visit.

Went into this store today after the huge fabulicious fantastic breakfast @ "SALT". It's a great store. Met 'Zac'. The store security guy @ the front door. & ended up having a good chat with him. A very nice young man, very helpful & courteous to all the customers coming & going from the store. He's a real asset to this store.
I did notice more women frequent this store than men. & they did buy heaps'. Lots of Halloween thing's & also lots of Christmas decorations too. When you think of it? It's only 9 weeks until Christmas'. I had a great time looking through this store, & of course it's products are only 1/5th of the normal price.so everything was on special. A great go to store at anytime.

Bargains galore. Located in the Ferry Rd complex you'll fight to get a park here. Not many choices for men as this place is designed for women as the range shows.

Love this place my fav store.
Always new merchandise to browse through and purchase. Spoilt for choice
