TK Maxx

Went twice, 1st time got the damaged set of plates, 1st plate looked fine but rest were slightly chipped, got the refund after too much of discussion. 2nd time got charged for something I didn't buy.called and spoke to store manager she was in a rush to close the store and asked me to call next day without really listening to me properly.it felt like a lot of effort for something that was overlooked by staff.both times I felt rushed as there were ppl lining up and lack of staff at check out.

Bought homeward goods today. Very nice and clean shop layout.

Love TK Maxx homewares. Mum and I buy alot of our garden and wall art items from here over the years.

I don’t submit a review for a visit, this review was submitted after multiple visits, the store located in nice spot, sometimes I find the staff lovely and helpful, sometimes not, I had bought many items and I always try to avoid contacting unless I want to pay for my purchases. Every time I buy from TK max, they wrap my shirts, glasses and if anything need more care, had a young man served me and I asked him to wrap a Mug by paper as I bought two, he refused, and there was a shirt for my wife, he said we don’t, I didn’t ask to wrap as a gift. But normal light paper.store always has new stock and wide variety and one of my favourites spots

I will classify this store a scam after multiple buys, this was the end and not buying anymore from this store
Especially when you spent hours and buying some discounted items, considered full price at checkout and they refused to change the price when discounted label print already there
What a non professional behaviour and very unrepresentative, un-respectful staff with lack of experience to deal with. I will not recommend them and encourage people to avoid them

Worst customer service in the world. Manager has zero idea how to deal with customers. Several other tk maxx stores around. Avoid this one.

A little bid disappoint with the product, always broken or missing part. Before purchase you have to check the product again incase that was broken

Limited variety and sizes of children's, women's and men's clothing. Really only good for one off browsing. They do have a very large display of candles however.

Stock ebs and flows in these stores. I think it was a little low in stock the day I visited, but who knows what it will be like in a week or two. Always try TK Maxx at least 2 times a few weeks apart to see how things change over time. We were looking for pet toys today, and there was a pretty good selection.

Can be hit and miss in regards to sizes etc, pricing on some items are good while others, not so much.

Mens section seems to be getting smaller and as a result less choices.

I bought an active bottom "DKNY" at January, 17 Monday at TK Maxx MacGregor, Brisbane. I tried on them at home, and it's was a little bit tight. Today, at Friday January, 21 I brought it to TK Maxx MacGregor for change to another one. Even original label "DKNY" was at place. But I was refused to change this active bottom. Manager was so extremely rude and disrespectful,   she told me, that I am washed them! I asked her to explain, how it's possible,   if it's even original paper lebel on it!
She just told that she is a Boss here and is not going to change them. I told, that I know my rights, and that I am just tried this one's on and put in a bag. She was very very rude, and she just left, I was staying in a shop about 10 minutes trying to ask someone to help. But it was without any results.

I went to another shop, crying.because I was so abused by this manager. And in another TK Maxx it was changed without any problems. Before it, I found the same active bottoms I another brunch (just short) and compare. It was absolutely the same! Same colour, same cloth, the same quality. I never want to came back to TK Maxx McGregor, because of this Manager, who was working at January, 21.

It has been talked up by others when it was named Trade Secrets but I still have not found anything likeable here with a reasonable price.

3 years later - Update: it's ok, I must have been having a bad day to leave this review.

My fave Tkmaxx in brissy but the ladies in the change rooms can be rude. Also they left a tag on one of my hubbys bought shirts so we have to go back there.q is, did she do it on purpose so we go back there and spend another 600 bucks

Very well organized shop. Easy to wander through the merchandise.
Something for everyone.

Not the same it used to be, staff aren't that helpful. The stock in men section is a poor selection these days.

This TK Maxx store seems to have a larger range than some of their other Brisbane stores. Have found some beautiful products at bargain prices and their stock is always changing. Staff here are always lovely & extremely helpful and there’s ample parking out front.

I love this place fantastic stuff for home and clothing and fantastic quality and so much cheaper than other stores.

Thins is one of the best tk Max's i have been too. Have picked up alot of good cheap stuff from here.

Loved it lots of stock lots of variety served at the registers by Aussie Asian girl she was amazing very polite she work well under pressure in a fast pace
I do hope TK Maxx appreciates this young lady
