Great little gym run by fantastic people with a very friendly inviting atmosphere. Also the Thai trainer very good old friend Ricky Thehu has so much passion not to mention knowledge you can't go wrong I suggest giving it a look if you looking for something like this to do

I do PT's with the awesome Tracey a couple times a week, she is so friendly and encouraging and makes me feel confident and good about myself, the tk elite experience is welcoming and non judgemental and makes you feel just as important as their fighters, you won't regret going to tk elite!
