Been going to Rock 'n' Soil for years, and for good reason. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Their range is extensive and pricing is fair. Out of about 30 orders I only ever had one error, and this was addressed promptly and rectified. That's the mark of a great business.

This place has all your garden needs and at reasonable prices. The friendly staff always happy to help you with any gardening advice you need. The boys in the yard are a pleasure to deal with.

The team at Rock 'n' Soil were very friendly and knowledgeable. The outside area is well set up, making it easy to shop. Prices are excellent and they delivered at the time they promised (which doesn't always happen). A great selection of landscaping boulders! A team member helped us locate the perfect cut sandstone pieces for our garden. Very happy with our experience here.

Rock And Soil is my number one go to for all my landscaping needs. They have great prices and always have a good selection in the yard. But most of all the reason I keep coming back to Rock And Soil is the staff, the girls in the office are absolutely fantastic and always so friendly and so helpful. And then you’ve got the boys in the yard. Same thing, friendly, helpful always up to give a good service. I keep coming back and there’s a good reason why!

The staff at rock and soil are great, particularly Jordan, a machine operator in the yard. He has exceptional customer service and is very knowledgeable on all the products, he always goes out of his way and is eager to help me decide which material is best for my use or source information or prices on products when I have an inquiry.
He is a great asset to the business with a genuine interest and helpful attitude towards his customers, not to mention an infectious smile.

Wow, what an amazingly well run business with outstanding old school customer service! I will travel out of my way to support this business, the customer service is absolutely exceptional, the order to loading process is swat team efficient, the yard layout is tidy and well planned, the staff from the office to the yard can’t be more keen to help you. I love this business, there must be an amazing boss at the top who supports this great work ethos in the company. Honestly I didn’t think this type of customer service existed anymore, it’s a 10/10 from me, well done team

Ordered my sleepers on Sunday, received very friendly call soon after to confirm my requirements for delivery. Delivered on time with no fuss. They saved me plenty in delivery costs (compared to a larger organisation). Awesome.will definitely use RocknSoil again.

I have used other landscaping business in the past but after my wonderful experience with this local business they have won me over. Most of my interaction was done over the phone but so friendly and the staff so efficient with great communication. As I needed my order to be delivered by crane truck and they were running late I actually got a phone call to advise me and make sure it was ok! Great customer service. Also a huge shout out to the delivery guy he was amazing! So helpful and went out of his way to place our bulkabag in the most convenient location for us not for him. 5 Star service and will be coming back for the rest of our landscaping needs in the future.

Purchased X blend garden soil for raised garden bed after being advised by staff that this was excellent for vegetables and could be planted out immediately. Unfortunately my vegetable crops failed but after reporting this to the manager he immediately came out to view the problem. Whilst we didn’t agree that the x blend wasn’t suitable for a raised garden bed he made arrangements to have the soil replaced with an upgraded product. Rock and Soil’s customer service is wonderful. They followed up on my complaint immediately and rectified the issue. This is real old school customer service unfortunately not seen too often these days. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them to all.

Guys there do a top job in loading and making sure everything is good. Place is clean and well kept. No contamination between materials. Top marks to the workers and the boss man.

We used Rock 'n' Soil again on our recent home build and again we were not disappointed with the responsiveness, quality and price of their product and delivery - turf, soil, mulch, etc.
