I was out for a day with my family last Saturday. As it was my little cousins birthday and upon playing arcade games a machine started to malfunction. But to my delight a lovely young lady named Shelby came over and helped leaving me very happy. Shelby was a very hard worker and she was consistently nice, patient and had great customer service! I will be coming back again due to the experience and treatment i received.

Great place for a kids party. All kids had a blast playing all the games. Good sized party room for food and cake.
The host, Abbey and Cadence were amazing, sorting out all the kids, organising their prizes and cleaning up after the party. Very polite young ladies.

Certainly recommended for an easy to plan party without the hassle of the cleanup afterwards.

We celebrated a birthday at Orion today and all the kids had a great experience! Our host Abbey was very helpful and always wore a smile. Had a great time overall!

These people won't put up an out of order sign even when you tell them a machine isn't working to save the next person from wasting their money

Maybe I'm expecting too much. I just find these places poor value for money. As this centre is new it is nice and clean inside and offers a variety of amusement machines.

I go there a couple times a week to play the 2 pinball machines.great to see some good pinballs nearby.usually a busy little venue.staff are always friendly and helpful

Had my daughters 7th birthday here today with a group of her school friends, and they all had a fun day. Our party host "Pepper" was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. The only downfall was the short duration of 45 minutes in the party room to eat food and birthday cake, seemed a bit rushed with back to back parties booked. All in all was a good day.

Good service, had fun there but felt like a giant money grab. $2.50 for a game that last 10 seconds. Within 20min $50 was spent. Definetally not value for money. No arcade machines besides the racing games, everything else was a money sink.

I have been going at least once a week for a month (or two) On each and every occasion I have found the staff friendly and accomodating. I have seen new games arrive in that time and find my experience is always a happy one! The kids love bowling and bumper cars… and who doesn’t love a skill tester or “Lolly Land”! Fun for people young and old!

Atrocious service.walked in hoping to have a great day at timezone, was met with 5 teenage workers sitting around and talking to eachother. Surely you do not need five people at the till and surely at least ONE of them could show us some respect and ask if we needed anything. One of the workers looked me dead in the eye twice and then proceeded to continue talking.we turned around and left.safe to say, we won’t be back any time soon.not happy.

Nice place, good range of games and the staff keep the place clean and the games functional

There's quite a few different games to play including laser tag and ten pin bowling. Lots of different machines so could spend hours here. We came at non peak time so we're able to get on everything straight away. Absolutely loved it and will definitely come back.

I love the place, staff very polite, helpful and respectful. Overall quality of games is good.

Too small. Not much variety of games. Gets boring prity quick. Need a bigger one like Gold Coast or Mt Gravat Timezone.
