Thank you to Timezone Canelands, Amanda and a very special thanks to our party host Jayla who was absolutely amazing, the kids loved her she was so attentive to all the kids at the party especially the birthday boy. Jayla was super amazing she went above and beyond for our party and I can’t thank her enough. I can highly recommend Timezone as a party venue for and kids birthday. The staff were all amazing and our host Jayla was the best.

I cannot recommend the Timezone birthday parties enough! Our host Amanda went above and beyond to make it an incredible day and she did the most amazing job, she interacted with the kids and kept them entertained the whole time, even going as far as taking the photos for us! The party room was clean and beautifully set up. Most things were provided and it took the stress out of party planning.

Fun date night for me and hubby sometimes after a nice dinner.bit expensive for families I think but it's the only arcade in mackay, which is sad so I suppose u got to pay the money.

Had a party for 6 11 year olds. Steph was fantastic with all the kids (even the older ones)
Nothing was too much trouble. The party room was great and very clean even though we were at the 4pm time slot. Thank you Steph and all the TZ staff!

Amanda is the most friendly lady to deal with, all the staff are friendly and welcoming, Amanda never fails to make me feel at home. Love the crew

Had my sons bday party here and the staff were great, made sure the kids were having fun the whole time and were great to deal with. Definitely recommend Timezone parties

More room now due to having been renovated. A lot brighter as well.
Much easier to choose your own prices now with their new winners vault.
Great place to have a birthday party with great party hosts and different options for food. I recommend ordering the pizza from laffo's as they were delicious.

It’s a great Timezone but the young girl with the long brown hair who works there is very rude, which ruins the experience there.

Had a party for our son here, host Ailene was fantastic and took great care of all the kids. Highly recommend having a party here. So much fun

Great place to burn time! Claw machines yielded great prizes, such as POP Vinyl! Great deals with arcade credits and machines are well maintained with very great service being provided to patrons by staff. Would recommend and visit again at such a convenient location!

Great fun for the kids and the adults. Not bad prices / deals. Heaps of different games to play. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Guy named Liam is the rudest and most ill-mannered employee I've ever encountered.interrupted my game rudely without asking politely and caused me to stop playing. I am in utter disgust about how Timezone Canelands teach their employees proper customer service. He didnt even had the decency to apologize for his manners. This store, hands down is the most disappointing timezone that Ive ever been to in Australia.

Decent price for the time limits however there was a lot of games out of service. Was very busy but service at the corner was quite quick.

Love bringing my boys here! Love going to Timezone myself and playing the games. Staff are friendly and helpful.
