K-slay is the best employee in the Timezone and will for being fun and bringing a smile to me and my friends face

We held my child's 9th birthday party at Timezone Cairns. 10/10 would recommend. Kayla and the rest of the staff were amazing and the venue was great!

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes with 3 other groups. No staff attended or could be seen anywhere.

3 groups left due to counter being unattended for so long. Pretty disappointing service.

Lovely experience. Stephen helped me and my daughter understand some of the games and we had a great time. Thanks Stephen

The best Timezone in Oz.
Massive shoutout to Rose, Will, Bradley, Kayla, Dieter and TJ. Fantastic customer service and always obliging, smiling and super friendly. Hard working and proactive. Definitely makes it hard to walk past and not pop in for a quick bash. Hope to see you all again next time we are in Cairns.

Went tonight with my autistic non verbal son. He had a ball didn't really accumulate heaps of points for rewards but the look of joy was priceless. He wanted some things from the rewards system. Anyway long story short the fantastic young girl who worked there Ran back to use her card to pay for some stuff for my boy. Now that is customer service and bringing a young boy some simple pleasure. Thankyou.

That one guy Rory is a king. I don’t go to Timezone for my 8 year old, I come just to see him. Fantastic party host though, can eat my cake any day 10/10 experience.

Had our 6yo’s birthday at Timezone and had the best experience. Rory was an awesome party host. Great communication and really friendly staff. Thank you so much for a simple and easy birthday party.

Friendly and helpful staff. There was one game that did not add tickets to the card even though we had sirely won some. Staff helped by compensating later at checkout.

Had a fun time, unfortunately it didn’t matter how many tickets we won, we only got 300. Apparently that’s all you get for 60min of play. That’s fine, but when we cashed them in we could only cash in 250 tickets. Gold Coast Timezone was a lot better. Won’t go back to cairns Timezone.

Great fun for the kids! Has enough extras too! Also if you need the aircon, it's nice and frosty in there!

The kids had a blast here, lots of games they can play. The kids walked out with prizes which is always exciting. Machines were maintained well. There were staff always walking around checking out the machines.

Pretty nice Timezone. Good ticket games, and has a few decent arcade games too. Quality prizes. They should remove the bumper car part though, waste of space.

I took my cousin there for a fun day out, they had an awesome time, the staff were lovely, very nice venue

Bought one of the combos for the card and had a good amount of fun playing Mario Kart and some other games. Definitely fills up an evening. Prizes were as expected (not that large for what we won), but this is expected.

Friendly, helpful staff. Doing a good job with the covid_19 requirements. Good probably do with a couple more staff on the floor, wiping down games after use. Few games not working but all in all a really good experience and the kids enjoyed it. Favourite game was the dual motorbikes.

It still is small but it has bumber cars so cool also you spend more$ at timezone on trying to win prizes than Kmart toys.

Not the best range of games but it is a small area for a time zone otherwise it's exactly what you expect from an arcade

It's not the most robust Timezone, but for a smaller regional centre, it's fantastic. There is enough to choose from, and the prizes are decent. If you like coin pushers. The Flintstones one is great, and potential good mine for those with the skills!

Amazing. Winning 1000 tickets on my first son was awesome. They have great games, bumper cars and virtual reality. Kids party room too - so much nicer than the other options
