Forget the big chains, you have to try this store! Super personal service by staff who become invested in your project and give honest advice which was very useful because I had no clue what we wanted. Great product that you don't wait weeks to get. I even received photos of tiles in their warehouse so I could choose the right shade of stone. They also sourced the exact size subway tile I wanted that I couldn't find anywhere else. All in all, great service, communication and sensible pricing. Thank you

I have just been in to this store to have a look for tiles for my new kitchen. The assistance I received from David was excellent. My purchase will not be a big one, but that didnt stop David from spending time to help me. So happy I found this place! 6 stars!

Recently we had to do a forced renovation which was very stressful. After searching everywhere I found Tile & Stone Gallery.
I walked in, frazzled and was greeted with some smiling faces which was a relief. I turned a corner and found the perfect tiles. I thought these tiles looked expensive, but they were a great price, and they look so classy. The girls were super helpful and rushed our order though so we could get our tiles delivered in time for our tiler to arrive. We are super happy with the tiles and grateful of the wonderful service. So much so that we've bought more tiles for further works.

When I completed a full unit renovation recently, I had very specific thoughts on the tile I wanted for the bathroom, en suite and laundry. Lucky for me, I found the perfect tile at Tile & Stone Gallery - the team there could not have been more professional, pleasant to deal with, or accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble. They ordered the tiles on time, arranged delivery on the exact day I wanted, and were even wonderful providing guidance on care and cleaning of the tiles. And the tiles look AMAZING! I've dealt with many tile companies over the years - Tile & Stone Gallery is by far the best.

Matthew knows his stuff. He was efficient, reliable, friendly and honest. He knew what style would suit my unit and furnishings perfectly. He gave me several options that the bigger companies would not even consider. I am over the moon with the results. I would happily recommend this company to anyone on the gold coast looking to upgrade their flooring.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rude, untruthful and overpriced compared to all tile shops around for the same exact tiles.
We would never deal with them again and would warn anyone not to. They do not take returns like other tile shops, that could cost you hundreds of dollars. They did not provide our tiles on time (after paying extra for a courier to guarantee it) no apology, we asked for our money back even before they were in our possession. They said no and told us to collect the tiles with 7 days or they would throw them out. (All in writing) never had such horrid customer service anywhere and do not leave reviews, but if i can help save any of you from a bad experience I would suggest going to any other tile shop as I have dealt with many and they were all up front and decent people to deal with
No matter what they may say to this review the truth is louder. Stay away!

I just finished a renovation of 2 bed apartment. All tiles were purchased at Tile&Stone Gallery, the result beautiful! I dealt primarily with Raelene, however, Sarah and Kate are also lovely and very helpful. A new project starting a middle of Feb, definitely coming back to TSG to get my tiles.

Warren and Rae were fantastic.nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the only tile shop that I have even been to that actually trusts you with samples - no deposit, no expectations. I felt so much at home there browsing through whilst patting their beautiful friendly dog. The prices are great - I cant compliment them enough. If you need tiles, then these are your guys. LOVING YOUR WORK!
