Tigerlily

I have been at Tigerlily in harbour town a few times over the last couple of months and I have to say that Shari Holmes have been extremely helpful every time. It’s not easy to find such great customer service these days and she did go above and beyond to help with my requests ️ will definitely be coming back.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping in the Tigerlily outlet today. I had a challenging fit hunt for a one piece & bought a stunning dress & a jumper. It took me two visits to the store to figure out my decisions & I very much appreciate the patience demonstrated from the woman working there. Beautiful store & exemplary customer service!

I bought a little swimsuit for my daughter, but that is too small. I went back to change a bigger one, and they doesn’t want change it. I’m very disappointed, that is never happened with me in that country. The staff was phlegm. Never again tiger lily.

I visited this store twice as I couldn’t decide on an item both times the staff basically ignored me the three of them stood chatting while I waited at the counter to purchase something. The older sales assistant in particular was rude the first visit and couldn’t be bothered to help me. I understand it’s an outlet and everything is cheap but every other store in Harbourtown the staff were willing to assist me as if I was in a full price store and we’re welcoming and friendly.

I always find those questions in job interviews “give me an example of when you’ve exceeded expectations In your previous job” very tacky and cringy.

But Holly from tigerlily harbour town regional shopping centre in biggera waters blew me away with helping me sort out an issue I had with an order I made.

I’m from VIC and I ordered off the website for the warehouse moving sale which is located in Victoria… my order ended up having the post code entered incorrectly by someone from ligerlily and so my order got sent back. Aus post said I had to take it up with tigerlily but from Tuesday arvo till Friday arvo I could not get a response from anyone via email, they were very busy which I understand, but I couldn’t even get hold of a phone number to just speak to a person as it would have been so simple and quick to sort out and rectify the error… I ended up calling a random store in Brisbane and a girl named holly answered and so I told her my dilemma which had absolutely nothing to do with her and wasn’t her problem and she could have easily just said she couldn’t help me, but instead she took all of my details, sent an email to a colleague and ended up sorting all of this out, in the mean time her colleague in charge of the warehouse sales replied to my email but did not acknowledge what I was telling her about the incorrect post code on their end and she put full blame on aus post and told me I had to take it up with them and left me with nothing else to go with… she told me it had not been sent back to them which is actually had… and then she stopped replying to my emails again… as I could not speak directly and verbally to anyone in charge of this error and the shipping of my item in VIC, Holly was mediating between me and this other colleague and going back and fourth from phone calls between us all…. She literally is the only reason this got sorted when it did otherwise I think This would have gone on for another week and possibly never been sorted at all.

So yeah I’m actually blown away by her service and caring nature even though it was totally outside of her duties. Good interview example of going above and beyond

So Holly if you read this thank you! You are lovely and amazing and make me want to be better at my job!

My partner loves this brand and loves this store because of its helpful staff and large clean floor area.

Stock is always great and pricing is excellent value for money

I had the pleasure of meeting Holly & Nicola who took care of me at the Harbourtown Outlet Store. Both ladies created a warm and inviting environment and treated each customer with such respect and care. The customers were made to feel comfortable and seemed to treat them as friends with valued opinions instead of the average sale woman. The store was busy at the time but each person was enjoying their experience. I am a loyal Tigerlily customer but I particularly enjoy this store for the great prices and beautiful service provided by Holly and Nicola. Thank you ladies! You are worth your weight in gold to the Tigerlily brand and I felt compelled to give credit where it is deserved.

The staff at this store are always friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. The clothes are beautiful and there are lots of bargains.

Each and every time I walk in here I’m greeted with nothing pleasant.

I’m generally dressed in spell or something Bohemian. These sales assistants give tigerlily a bad name!
