Fantastic shop to go for Christmas decorations. Full of all sorts of goodies there. Great customer service and very friendly staff too.

Such a beautiful store! I'm Christmas mad so when I just moved into the local area the other day I had to pop in here as soon as I heard about it. Some Christmas stores are a little cheap and dare I say, tacky? But this one has a very high-end feel to it and not a plastic-y or tacky ornament in sight. If I won the lotto I think I would drop all my winnings here, especially for their large snowy Christmas tree inside, it's just gorgeous being in the middle of nowhere and having the items be so beautiful and high-end, it's definitely pricey but I still walked out with a light-up Christmas village house and a bauble or two. If you don't have any other vices like myself, I like to think I can splurge on something so beautiful for Christmas! Will definitely be back. (Just if you're tall like me, remember to duck when you're inside so you don't knock any hanging items over with your head!)

My all time favourite place to visit at Christmas. Going to the Tiaro Christmas Cottage isn’t just shopping, it’s an outing and magical experience. Grant and Jenny create a friendly relaxed atmosphere so you can browse the displays for as long as you want. The displays are well presented and there’s plenty to choose from. The after sales service is second to none also. When I had a query regarding connecting my tree lights, Grant answered my email within the hour. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Well worth a visit, if you want to get into the Christmas Spirit. There’s parking available at the side of the shop too.

It was a long drive to get there and we were not prepared for the prices being asked. Everything was beautiful and chrismassy but you need deep pockets to purchase.

Better value than we had expected from a business essentially focussed on passing travellers. A wide range of novel Christmas decorations are sold. There is off-street parking on the south side of the shop.

I love this shop, with its unique baubles and decorations. Came here when it first opened and bought European decorations but this year I noticed many decorations are made in china. Maybe travel restrictions have caused this to happen? Still enjoyed my visit though.

Excellent range. So much better than the usual items available in the department stores around Christmas.

Check opening months before you visit. The outside of the cottage has just been painted a Xmas red so the photo needs updating. Once inside the cottage, Xmas comes alive

Friendly staff, great ideas on decorating. Would like to see a few more budget friendly products on the shelf.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, rude inpatient staff / owners i most deffently will not be back doubt ill even stop at tiro again if this shop represents that town
