I really did love this shop and it's such a vibe, but unfortunately I've had a few too many bad experiences here now and will not be back.
Custom orders continuously coming back wrong, therefore making multiple trips to come grab my order. Then being let down when it isn't ready on time and have a performance that evening.

I feel that things have been rushed and no time had been taken to slowly taking in the order details of people's requests. In the end it took over 4 weeks to return part of a refund I was owed. Unfortunately my experiences have only been negative so far. I have taken some time to try chat about the circumstance through email but unfortunately it seems that there is no customer care policies in place at all.

I believe even an acknowledgement of what happened and a sincere apology would have sufficed. But unfortunately it seems there is a lack of care. This makes me sad and I am very discouraged to return.

I bought a year ago 4 rechargeable balls, they are perfect, really good quality definitely worth the price.

As soon as I walked into the Burleigh store, Sam who was there welcomed me and helped me with what I was after. He took time to explain, even spent time teaching me some notes on Ukulele. Great experience - thank you Sam! Maki

There is a good mix of instruments and a large range of acrobatic and performance products. You could start a band as well as have a group of performers ready to go from one single visit to Threeworlds.

I ordered a light staff for my son for his birthday. The pricing was reasonable, quick delivery and excellent customer service and follow up customer support. The actual light staff is also excellent, super fun to play with and good quality. I will definitely recommend. I'm so happy to buy locally rather than from somewhere overseas.

Their musical range includes didgeridoos, guitars, harmonicas, bells, maraccas and all variety of musical clackers and shakers.as well as singing bowls, sage and crystals.

The fire twirling and circus stuff is even more exciting.

A delightful find, and great shopping or browsing for gifts or a pick-me-up.

There was a lovely young lady that served me.
I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because there was only one handheld drum option that wasn't made from some poor animals skin.
In a street where Vegan and vegetarians are highly catered to, it would be wise to obtain more animal free products.
Other than that, my experience was good.

Depends what you're into. I just wanted a card but this place sells so many instruments it's crazy. They also sell fire twirlers, hoola hoops and bongo drums.

Such a fun store to visit. The staff are more than happy to let you jam and play as long as you like, and will even play alongside. Bought my first ever Cajun here, and some poi - both of which I already love. Will definitely be returning for more toys.

Went to their warehouse as the shop didn't have an item in stock and the lady was super helpful and showed us everything. Prices are pretty good too compared to a lot of online shops!

I bought some fire dancing fans and they were terrible. Very expensive but looked like a cheap $10 pair. I returned them. Sorry guys but the fire fans do need to be balanced- I was told by this shop that they don’t- which is a good way for people to burn themselves. Also the amount of finger holes in the fans was different than their picture. Their customer service via online was quick and easy, and they were courteous and friendly throughout this. I am very happy with the poi I bought from them, and the Kevlar gloves.
