I rang in the morning and spoke to Christine, who was super friendly and helpful with all details and specs of a new washing machine, the entire process of pricing, what I wanted, Warranty and then delivery and installation was all taken care of, in a smooth, quick, friendly manner.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Their personalised delivery service takes things to a new level with the delivery boys being on time, friendly and taking the time with your items with unpacking and setting them up for you so the hassle is done. I definitely recommend Thomo's Betta before any other white goods, electrical, kitchen appliances or furniture store in Rockhampton. Both John and Dean and the administration staff were extremely helpful and went to great lengths to provide me with the appliance I required. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service

From choosing the right refridgerator /freezer for us, putting a deposit, paying the balance by phone & arranging for delivery all aspects were done with a high degree of helpfulness, accuracy and respect. Sales person was knowledgable and helpful and their prices were very competitive. The delivery men were punctual, advising by text when they were close, and delivery was competently handled. I would highly recommend Thomo's Betta Living for your purchases.

All the staff always go above and beyond, over the last 10 years, I only buy all my electrical appliances at Betta Rockhampton. In the past few months I have needed to purchase furniture, a television, an oven, a cooktop, and a washing machine. I researched products and shopped around for best value. I purchased all of these things from Betta Electrical in Rockhampton. The main reason for this is the standard of service from the staff. They are polite, attentive, and actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to the products they are selling. In every instance they chased down availability (difficult in 2022) and best price for me, and generally did more than I had expected.
I could have saved a few bucks buying a couple of items from the big chain stores, but that would be rewarding their complete indifference to me when I was in their stores hoping to be shown the ins and outs of products, and the fact they also couldn’t tell me when I would actually receive products I purchased from them.
Betta staff called manufacturers and suppliers beforehand, and updated along the way. With the exceptional service from Betta, I will feel a lot more confident going back to them in the event that any of these products give us problems in future.
Longest review I’ve ever written! Service that greatly exceeds expectations is rare.

Called up looking for a tv but had none in stock, I ended up getting a better tv with a better deal, brought to my door the next day, So thanks Dean at the Rockhampton store.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. So the door came off my fridge on Saturday morning so i bought a new one online.i then rang the store to get a delivery date and was told delivery wouldnt be until monday and they then realised that the fridge i bought wasnt in stock.after being put on hold for a couple of minutes the staff then informed me that they had a practically identical fridge for me and 3 hours later my new fridge was delivered.
