I had an exceptional experience with naturopath Chae. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Chae took the time to listen to my health concerns attentively, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about my well-being.

Unfortunately I woke up sick the morning of my appointment. Whole head was congested and had a bad cough and runny nose. This establishment said they would prefer me to come in rather than reschedule my appointment and they would charge a $70 fee to reschedule. Really disappointing to see such a money grab rather than caring about the health and wellness of their customers. Was really looking forward to enjoying my first naturopathy appointment whilst pregnant however hard to build trust moving forward when they’d rather me come in and potentially get others sick than reschedule.

After struggling with moderate weight gain and sleep issues due to work stress etc. Chae, Talia and the team have transformed my life, with a great program of treatments including natural medicines and treatments. More importantly the professional approach to Lifestyle coaching has given the tools to tackle the stresses that a busy life creates. I cannot rate the service more highly and am looking to utilising the team with work conferences in the future.

I highly recommend Chae at The Wellness Emporium. Not only does Chae have a beautiful energy, she knew exactly what I needed for my body to thrive and I walked away feeling so supported and looked after.

Chae is AMAZING, ive been to so many different people about my concerns and no one was able to help me to my satisfaction, from the minute i met Chae i knew she would be the one to help me on my journey to wellness. I decided to see Chae as a Naturopath when I chose to stop taking the Contraceptive Pill (not to fall pregnant but to stop putting all of those nasties in my body and to get my body functioning naturally without being dependant on the Pill each month).
When I previously stopped taking the Pill, my period had not come for 10 months so, stupidly, the doctor told me to go back on the Pill - which was the worst thing I could have done. Since stopping the Pill this time around, Chae worked on my gut health through prescribed tablets and to my surprise, my period came naturally within 1 month!
Chae is full of up to date knowledge and is always friendly and happy to help.
