Everything about this practice is excellent! Beautiful, gentle natured staff make the experience very comfortable, easy and enjoyable. Anthony was especially encouraging which made each appointment a supportive step in my recovery. Furthermore, Dimi’s positive energy greeting me for each appointment was welcoming and kind. Dimi is so responsive over emails, she called me just after their Christmas break to squeeze me in last minute for my first physio appointment with Anthony, and was able to get me in the next day!

The whole vibe is 10/10! From the relaxing and inviting atmosphere when you walk in, being greeted by friendly staff, the beautiful decor and pilates studio and then my actual appointment - it was all incredible! I left feeling so encouraged and reassured of where I am at and my progress.

I am so excited to start my physio & pilates journey with the WB team! Can’t wait to come back next week and start to learn more about my body and become more proactive with my health and healing!

Had a great consult with Physiotherapist Jodie yesterday for a pregnancy assessment. She was very warm an friendly. Explained everything really well and for very thorough. Got a lot of tips and things to be considering during my pregnancy. Would highly recommend her and definitely will be seeing her again.

The kindest, happiest, most knowledgeable team that genuinely cares about you and your health goals. I have seen the team for a number of ailments from Endometriosis treatment (Pelvic Floor physiotherapy), muscle sprains to building my strength through Pilates. Everything has been an easy process and has greatly improved my overall health and wellbeing. I couldn't recommend the team at The Wellness Boutique more, they have become an integral part of my health journey.

I cant speak highly enough! I went to Anthony with a sore hip as I was told from Doctors that I had hip bursitis, I suffered for months, not being able to walk or sleep properly and I even stopped exercising. After trying a acupuncturist and a chiropractor I was very close to booking in for a steroid injection as that is what Doctors advised me to do. A friend told me about the wellness center so I made an appointment thinking this was my last resort before I get the injection. Boy am I glad I did. I felt relief within a couple days, physically and mentally! Anthony is the BEST Physio ever and I'm so grateful. 1 month later, no pain, no injection!:)

Grateful for the professional, friendly and knowledgeable team at TWB. I have been attending over a year now and have found the environment and professionals to get my body moving and improving. Do not let age or body size stop you from making the best decision for you. I am in the over 55 age group and the oversize group but have never felt more comfortable being able to work out with a lovely group of people from young to old and all stages of fitness. The equipment is clean and maintained, the environment fun and relaxed and the instruction and programmes tailored to your personal level of fitness or stage of rehabilitation. Everybody is made to feel welcome and with the guidance and the personal instruction (thankyou Anthony) your body will thankyou. TWB care and want to help you improve and move with ease and confidence. So pleased to have found and joined TWB family!
