Great place for your events and parties. We had a cocktail dinner for my wife's birthday and the place has everything you need for a great party.

Spacious hall with kitchen to manage catering. Services available to manage a bar and drinks counter. The staff is courteous and helpful.

A great venue for functions. Loads of car parking and quiet spaces. Avoid school drop off and pick up times though.

The Well offers so much. A variety of rooms for hire which are in perfect condition. Different sized spaces from a conference or smaller wedding, to child based areas for play groups etc. It includes all of the facilities you might need, The staff are friendly and efficient.

The Well also has a variety of proprieties which are regulars. Young Discoverers' Outside School Hours Care Centre, a beauty salon, a Family Church (CrossLife, Coomera) with Sunday Services, a gym for those early morning workouts, an NDIS support Service, and children's dance lessons.

Lastly, they have a great Café which is just the icing on the cake. Social 3 Café is amazing. Located at the front of The Well Centre they are easy to find. The Social 3 caters for a variety of dietary needs and as someone who is dairy free, I really appreciate this.

It is well worth a visit to The Well just to visit these guys. So friendly and accommodating. They also have a small children's playground which is fenced and a book swap if you are looking for some peace and quiet.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the staff at the well. My partner and my 10 month old baby booked in to have a viewing at 6pm and not only did no one show up to walk her through she sat outside in the cold for 1 hour until she decided to go ask the girls in inside whats happening. The girls spoke to her very rude and told her she wasn't allowed there. We rescheduled for last night 26/10/2022 (one week after the last viewing) and went to the viewing at 7pm. It was a very nice venue and Jenny was very apologetic about ehat had happened the week before. We told her yeah sweet we will book it in tommorow pay our deposit and get all the paper work to you. Mind you it's already 7.30pm and we live 45mins away. My partner then gets a email today (27/10/2022) saying someone else wants to book the venue aswell at 3.20pm. As soon as my partner sees the email she rings straight back at 3.40pm and said hang on we are doing it now as she had just finished work and we didn't get home until late last night. Jenny then proceeds to tell us someone else has already book it and we took to long. Hang on we literally waited over a week for them because they forgot about our appointment the first time then book someone else in not even 24hrs after we looked at it.she then proceed to say she followed it up with emails but she literally gave us 20mins via a email. We are both furious as how we could get stuffed around so much and waited over a week, then because we didn't reply back in a email in 20mins you book with someone else. Please don't delete my review so everyone can see the truth on how you treat your customers.

The auditorium was very spacious and organised! They make sure you know what coles with the booking and gove you help with anything!

Beautiful venue, space and facilities. Multiple room and very clean. Hired for Niece wedding last year on reasonable price. Thank you really recommend.

Absolutely amazing venue, space and facilities. Multiple room sizes available at a reasonable price. Hired for daughters 5th birthday. The staff gave great support, pity our bouncy castle people were late to pick up so got charged an extra half hour. Would recommend and use again!

We rented out The Well for a funeral memorial service and we could not be any happier with choosing them as a venue.

From the very beginning we were assisted by Gai who was extremely helpful - and I sincerely mean it. She was there every step of the way, she replied to my emails promptly, and helped us during the event when we couldn't figure things out. She went above and beyond.

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, the facilities are very well kept and high tech. All our guests were very impressed.
