The Veil Collective

Where do I begin. I was probably one of the most difficult brides that The Veil Collective had come through their doors. I can't speak highly enough of Savannah's patience, kindness, understanding and knowledge throughout this process.

When I was dress shopping, I had an idea of what i wanted, but struggled to find it. During my dress search I went to almost every bridal shop in Brisbane, as well as a few in Sydney! I kept coming back to one particular Esty Style dress, however there were some specific features I didn't love, and I thought there was nothing that could be done about it. I nearly settled for a similar, but slightly different dress from the same designer- but it wasn't quite right either.

In my search, I ended up coming back to the Veil Collective to look at dresses 4 separate times. At the third appointment, Savannah walked me through some ideas she had to modify this dress to fit what I was looking for. I didn't even realise the changes she suggested were possible and wouldn't have thought of it myself. When explaining what we could do, it felt like she truly understood what I was looking for and took a lot of time to explain how it would work and show me what the outcome should look like.

Instead of then pressuring me to lock in the dress then and there, she encouraged me to rebook and come back with my family again to "say yes to the dress" properly with mimosas.

I was so anxious throughout the process, especially doing a customised dress- Savannah was patient and kind the whole way through; sitting through mum-daughter arguments; sister-sister arguments and freakouts from me along the way.

Savannah made me feel comfortable that she understood exactly what I was envisioning, shared my vision, and genuinely cared about helping me find my perfect dress. She never made me feel rushed or pressured.

My dress came today, and it is exactly what I had pictured. It also fits perfectly (a perk of Esty- who make made-to-measure dresses) There are seriously no alterations required except for standard hemming.

Without Savannah's vision, knowledge, suggestions and help- I would not have been able to find my dress. I couldn't have asked for any more in my experience at The Veil Collective. It is also a beautiful boutique that gives you a proper "dress shopping" experience

THE BEST BRIDAL STORE! This is long overdue, but I had Jess C as my bridal specialist and she was nothing short of amazing! She was kind, listened, attentive, helped me with everything as my bridal party couldn’t attend so I was with my little step daughter! She made me feel beautiful and explained things and helped me even pick! This store is so beautiful with a wide range of gorgeous dresses! I loved my experience here with these ladies. I got my dream dress and Jess made it all possible. I recommend her 150%! Thanks Veil Collective!

Savannah at The Veil Collective was nothing short of amazing. She was friendly, helpful and really saw my vision for my dress. In fact, the dress I chose was one that Savannah picked off the rack for me to try on, believe it or not I felt very comfortable getting in and out of multiple dresses with Savannah’s help and she was both professional and kind with her approach.
The studio is also beautiful and their customer service (emails, follow ups etc.) was prompt. I can’t thank them enough for everything!

Getting my wedding dress through The Veil Collective was the best decision I made for my wedding day! The range of dresses was wonderful, and the show room is so beautiful and well presented. Jess V was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and made choosing and purchasing my wedding dress an absolute dream. The entire team was incredible, and I truly appreciate all of the help that they gave me in the lead up to my wedding and can't thank the girls enough!

Appreciate how genuine, and helpful all the Jess' were! I didn't feel rushed, I knew what could be customised to work for me, and I was independently looked after. I really appreciate it. It can be so daunting, and to feel like you're in a friendly and comfortable environment with great communication goes such a long way.

I recently visited The Veil Collective during the search for my wedding dress, and had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Savannah. In our initial appointment she was so welcoming and kind, and after listening to my vision for the dress, felt confident that she would be able to make it a reality. By the end of my appointment I knew that I was in capable hands. Savannah's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism is second to none. She is truly an expert in this space, and during what can be quite a nerve-wracking time, Savannah made me feel completely at ease - our appointments have been so much fun! Jess and Jess were absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with, they were so patient with me as I was so unsure on what I wanted and tried on so many dresses, I was guided the whole way through with eliminating dresses they knew I wasn’t too keen on, keeping the dresses I loved in sight, not pushing me to buy on the spot, gave me time to think about everything and the communication the whole way through was just the icing on the cake! I found my dream dress and cannot wait to wear it in November all thanks to the amazing team at The Veil Collective! If I ever get married again I’m coming straight here for my dress️

After stumbling upon TVC months before getting engaged, I just knew they were the place! The one-on-one experience was so relaxing & stress free.
