Terrible customer service following the sale, Richard did not transfer the vehcile registration during the sale despite following this up more than 20 times. He simply did not return phone calls, voice messages, emails or text messages. We have now paid stamp duty twice and need to go to Fair Trading to be reimbursed. Seems like this is a similar trend for Richard. Very disappointing level of service, would not recommend.

Just picked up my car a week ago now and am happier than ever! Richard was more than helpful in finding me a suitable car and appropriate financing to match. Highly recommend.

I have patiently waited 4 months before posting this negative review because I wanted to allow Richard plenty of time to rectify his error but still waiting. After sales service is non-existent. All good before the sale, of course. If you purchase a vehicle from Richard, please ensure all paperwork is handled correctly or you'll be in for a surprise! Very disappointed.

Richard helped me find and finance a car to suit both work and personal life perfectly. Couldn't recommend him higher. Communication was clear and constant all the way through the process all the way to handover.

Richard helped us pick our new car and the ordering process with the dealer. He also arranged the finance which was very easy. The car arrived yesterday and it’s exactly what we wanted. Richard is also now selling our Subaru Forester so we are getting the full end to end service. Fantastic!

Used this service and here is what I say. Richard knows cars, knows how the game works. Low stress. Great for anyone that has little interest in cars and the game of buying cars and just wants reliable transport with zero hassles.

After some previous complications with trying to source a car, I reached out to Richard on LinkedIn. Richard compared my previous options, and within 10 minutes found me a better interest rate then i was able to source over the last week. Richard's service is always superb and ticked all my boxes, without any hassles. I'm extremely pleased with the vehicle he sourced for me, and I'll definitely be referring anyone on the market onto Richard. Whilst in the vehicle broker office with Richard Comer discussing our leasing options, my 6 year old son dropped a bottle of milk on the floor. At this point, Richard started screaming at us with my son bursting into tears. I started cleaning up but this was not enough, he wanted $200 as compensation and dropping f bombs in front of the young child. Horrible abnoxious man, he didnt get my business or the $200. Spillage was minor such an overreaction, he is fake two face arrogant, AVOID. HE tried to block our exit too intimidating with his large fat body, a big tough guy scaring 6 year olds.

Does not reply to enquiries, thus wasting my time. Poor quality website however the service itself seemed promising thus the 2 star rating rather than 1.

Went to ecarz brokerage instead, smooth easy service there no dramas for a new Toyota 4wd ahead of expected delivery times.

Outstanding service! Very happy with the purchase of our new car. We have purchased a few vehicles from Richard over the years and they have all been reliable. He was helpful and I would recommend his services to anyone.

All was going good until I received the car. Very little after sales care with a few issues which was very disappointing.

Purchased a 2001 Lexus SC430 from The Vehicle Broker Group and dealt with Richard. As I live in Victoria, I purchased the vehicle without seeing it which caused me some anxiety to say the least. That said, Richard answered all my questions and forwarded me more pictures of the car including the service books. Richard was upfront with the description including describing any minor faults. I felt comfortable and informed enough to make the purchase. Richard then organized the transport and kept me informed throughout the process. The vehicle, which arrived today, was exactly as described. I could not be happier and it's so good that there are people out there who you can trust to do the right thing.
