Had to buy a new hydration vest at the last minute for a race this weekend so called the store and had a lovely chat with Megan who got it in the post less than an hour after I put the order through, which meant it arrived on time. What a legend!

Made an order and it arrived within 2 business days from QLD to Sydney. And there was a personalised note in the shoe box which was a really nice touch. Will definitely be shopping online here again.

I clicked the wrong options to claim Guzzler shirt, and then I wrote email to ask for helps. At first, if they can do nothing, I won’t blame them, since I clicked the wrong option.

However, Peter got back to me promptly and help me with canceling the order and refund the money.
