Dr Angelo is incompetent, condescending and childish. He takes pleasure in ridiculing and minimising your issues despite being in a position where vulnerable patients are exposed to his inadequacies. Do not visit this doctor if you are suicidal as he will confirm your own doubts and push you over the edge. He needs his license revoked at minimum. EDIT: your hollow apology is meaningless for the time and money he stole from me. I will not stop until either he is out of work or is dead.

I visit this medical center regularly. Nice customer attitude and caring mind for patients plus no more than 10mits waiting! Lastly they do bulkbill as well. It is very economic for my limited budget and makes me come back more often! I am gonna bring my family here as well! I like my doctor the most due to his professional and caring attitude towards patients! I recommend anyone for sure!

Horrible reception, unlawful management. This WAS a bulk billing practice but changed management and didn't tell anyone they now charge but still were listed as a bulk biller on the internet. I went in due to a work related injury and got some papers etc.for compo. A few days or so later I'm trying to get compo organized and couldn't remember if there was also a medical certificate that came with the compo claim. I ring up asking if I can get a print out from reception for the pages again just to be sure, go in to collect them and am given the claim but no med cert, I ask if there is supposed to be one and the receptionist said she didn't know, she should have, so I asked if I could ask the doctor real quick to ask and she said, "Sure not a problem, he'll be right out". I went in asked him if there was a med cert, he said no and I walked straight back out again. When I went to leave, she came running after me and told me I had to pay a $70 consultancy fee for seeing the doctor. I payed $70 for 30 seconds to ask the doctor a question which reception should have known the answer to and apparently she had booked me in for test results from a test done over a year ago which old management had already actioned and replied to me about! No mention of new prices, no mention she was booking me in for a session with the doctor and no remorse when I confronted them about all this. 2 receptionists with a "high n mighty" attitude with a condescending tonality to match and management just stood there not saying a word and making faces to the other 2. I just had to pay, that is all. Useless practice. Useless reception. Useless management.

Your health is too important for these guys to play with and your wallet is too precious for these guys to raid.

After receiving really disappointing service/advice from the clinic several times, I will not be returning in the future. I recently went in there to request an x-ray and ultrasound for a foot injury, and was told by the doctor that he 'didn't think I needed an x-ray', and also that he 'wasn't allowed to give both an ultrasound and x-ray referral at the same time. ' I was told I would have to start with the x-ray referral and come back again to request the ultrasound - despite the fact that I was hobbling and in pain. When I went to have my X-Ray, their staff confirmed to me that this is complete and utter crap. Both the clinic and my Podiatrist confirmed that they regularly receive (or in the case of the podiatrist, write) referrals that request both an ultrasound and x-ray.

Not only did this doctor lie to me, but he also deliberately made life harder for me when all I was trying to do is get the two referrals I needed, within one appointment, because I work fulltime and don't have the time to be coming in for multiple appointments 'just because. '

Nice friendly and welcoming surgery. Doctor is very thorough, reception is helpful. They do not bulk bill

From the get go the receptionist today was incredibly caring and helpful with my first visit to the practice. Could not have asked for better service and hospitable experience. My doctor reflected the same caring demeanour and gave me the help+more that I desperately needed, which made this visit incredible. I felt like a valued patient and this is how all practices should be, I now feel confident I will recover from my horrible back injury and this practice is definitely one I will be revisiting time and time again (hopefully in healthier forms) Thank you so much team.
