Very very poor service if I'm being honest.

I don't believe any board should sustain such a bad warranty defect like the one purchased through surfboard warehouse, considering I have only used it once. And then to simply palm it off and wearing little to no responsibility for this at all, when evidently it's a manufacturing defect.

Further to, not to mention the misinformation I received from the surfboard warehouse team. Very disappointing, I would have appreciated even a simple apology for the defect board and the major inconvenience it has caused.

I'm not very impressed with the poor service I have received from the surfboard warehouse team, and I hope no one else has experienced this before.

Dropped in today to pick up a new SUP and were greeted by Jake, such an awesome lad, with a tonne of info and experience! Best team, great products! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Stay great lads!

Shop has a really nice feel to it and the guy behind the counter is always good for a chat and helpful. Also noticed today they had some new longboard fins going for $99, which is a pretty decent price.

Attitude and attention of staff was great. Pricing of Mahi Mahi board was good.

Here’s my gripe. Once you purchase, any after sales problem must be dealt with online. No issue resolution in store. I decided not to
bother. Boo!

As well, fin system is exclusive to SW. So, to replace my snapped fin, I have to buy from SW. A real dud as the SW fin options are.there are no options! Yikes. Edit: I’ve since understood that fins are FCS I. That still gives a very limited choice.

In sum, this is a discount supplier with a very closed system. Buyer beware.

Bought 2 brand new Ry Craike boards, a 5’8 Control Freak and a 6’2 The Island. The control freak snapped in half in its 3rd surf in some 2-3 foot subpar surf. Very disappointed. And The Island just had its fin box completely ripped out as a result of a light knock whilst paddling out at burleigh. Completely unacceptable for brand new boards. Sent a complaint in and refund slip a couple weeks ago for the broken board and never got even a pity reply to check up on the boards.

Very friendly staff. Went in with a certain board in mind but after chatting to the team in there I come out with a 6.2’ Island Control Freak. After a week in the water I have found the board to be perfect for my level. Good advice and a good price.

Had such an amazing experience here. Simon was so happy to go above and beyond anything that would help me, I’m so grateful. Rachel was so lovely to talk to as well, she gave me some really awesome information about surfing, I’m very thankful. Honestly can’t beat the service here

Some how I went in for some wax and to replace a busted leash. Got talking to Simon 2.0 (asked him his name and apparently he's a newer version), ended out walking out with 2 new boards. Going to pick up my brother now to come back and grab one for him. Great surfboards. Decent staff. For the prices they offer can't go past. Great service simey:)

Simon was awesome. He helped me choose a board, fins, rope and bag. Even showed me how to wax properly. Great help from a great bloke. The type of service you’d never get in the big cities
