Thanks Ben for the constant pushing and encouragement over the last 10 weeks of the challenge.

There’s been definite changes in my physique but I feel the most significant changes have been my strength and new habits

I’m so grateful for the lifestyle change, I’ve got so much more energy and far better knowledge and habits around food and eating.

I’ve gone from dragging my arse to the mums and bubs session 2-3 times a week to bouncing out of bed 5 times a week to get to the early morning classes.

It really has been so amazing to be part of such an awesome group and have people cheer you on and share all the little and big wins along the way.

After 25 years of trying many, many different forms of exercise, and approaches to exercise, I stumbled across The Shake Up just over a year ago, and it has been the absolute answer to my health and fitness prayers. Ben’s energy is contagious, the workouts are intense, but they never run longer than 30 minutes so Ben calls on you to dig deep, and inspires you to do so. I get more out of the 25-30 minute Shake Up workouts than I used to get out of 1.5 hours at the gym, or an hour running. Significantly more. And I enjoy it substantially more than I ever have any other form of exercise. Somehow Ben makes it easy to push yourself harder than you ever have, yet have more fun than you ever have in the process. The atmosphere at Shake Up sessions is so welcoming and social that you actually look forward to training, and the bonus is that I’ve made some lovely friendships along the way. But the hit sessions are not the only thing The Shake Up has to offer. Strength Training is also on offer, and has become something which I enjoy far more than I ever envisaged. After a couple of short months of strength, I have more muscle tone at 46 than I’ve ever had in my life. It’s such a nice feeling to see your body transforming. And then there are Ben’s 10 week challenges. These are simply life changing. His knowledge of the mechanics of the body, how to kick start your metabolism into giving you its all, deep nutritional knowledge, food timing to take advantage of strong metabolic windows post training, alongside feeling truly supported in a quest to change your relationship to food and nutrition, is really quite inspirational. Don’t waste another second of your time thinking about whether to join The Shake Up. Do yourself the biggest favour you’ve ever done, and join up immediately. I’ll look forward to seeing you there.

Thanks Ben for all the positive support and learnings.
I have never felt this fit and in control of my body. I jump out of bed every morning and want to train. I have never in my life felt so strong.
The healthy eating coupled with lifting weights and bootcamp sessions, I am amazed at how my body responds and keeps improving.
Strength training for me has been where I can see and feel my body changing the most.
I am now dreaming of how much I can lift before a session! I am totally addicted

Hey Benny, it’s been a few months now since I left ‘The Shake Up’, I’d just like to say thank you for many years of looking after my fitness and health. You instilled so many good habits in my life and I continue to stay fit and active. The Shake Up is such an awesome community and I really miss group training and all the Shakers. You, Erin and your family have something special in the Shake Up that is really unique. Training has been great for me and has kept me sane that half hour of fitness madness does amazing things for mental health, it was always the best release and escape from work, family and everyday life.

I love training at The Shake Up. Ben’s enthusiasm to motivate and teach people how to maintain a healthy lifestyle is a game changer. TSU changed my life for the better. Ben provides the whole package and it’s everything I need. Ben covers all levels of fitness and all ages too. Ben offers support and is always a great inspiration with his positive attitude and guiding advice. There is a variety of training times available which is important, as I work fulltime. If your aim is too loose weight or to increase your fitness, Ben can help you achieve your goals. I have completed the 10 week challenge and seen huge improvements in my own fitness and nutrition. I have made some great friends whom encourage and inspire me every day. I love training with positive, like-minded people that support you in every way. A 5 Star service. Shake on!

I have been with the Shake UP for over a year and I love it! It offers fast, fun work outs perfect for a busy lifestyle. Add in a fantatsic bunch of people, a great enthusiastic coach (Ben) and going to 'gym' is the highlight of my day!

I also recently did the 10 Week Challenge with Ben and it was an excellent experience. With a full eating program, recipes and support available every day, it helped reshape my eating habits and kick my sugar adiction. I put my whole family on it and we have never been healthier. Everyone lost weight or toned up but best of all we felt good! It's a shift in my health that will last a lifetime. The Challenge is not a diet, its a shift in lifestyle and eating habits that will have you feeling and looking your best from the inside out! Trina

I have been going to the Shake Up for over 12 months now and couldn’t imagine a week without a session. I did the 10 week challenge and lost 22kgs and I’m still going strong. Ben is a legend and the community is amazing. Do yourself a favour and Shake On

I'm building up to it. I've seen the results you've been able to get in close friends, every time I catch up with them, I m catching up with LESS of them:)
One day VERY soon I will be calling out, you've certainly got your work cut out for you with me, but I m sure, with what everyone has said that it wont even be a challenge for you.:)

Ben from the Shake Up is an awesome guy with a lot of passion for helping people achieve their goals. He's very focused and knowledgeable on the nutrition side of things which separate his business from many others. Keep up the good work!
