Utterly useless. They’re clearly only in still in business from holding a monopoly.
Spoke to the manager at the Oxley store, Angela, to resolve an online order that has been “awaiting processing” since the 1st of January. She was immediately confrontational, dismissive and unbelievably rude. Escalated my frustrations by talking over the top of me and then had the nerve to gaslight me saying that my frustrations were upsetting her! When I asked for a contact to make a formal complaint she even went so far as to threaten to complain to my kids school about me. A truly manipulative person who should not be in customer service let alone in a management position.

Clearly this has been an issue for years judging by so many other 1 star reviews complaining of poor customer service and the inability to maintain stock. How has the company let such poor management run things for so long? !

My feedback and complaints have been passed onto the school.

God I hate this place. They capitalise on the monopoly they hold and it shows in terrible customer service and ridiculous prices. I only shop here because the school uniform shop is open once in a blue moon and won't post items.

Staff very helpful… although most of the clarinet supplies I went to purchase for my son were out of stock

Queue is to the back of the store then along the back wall.
Three of the four registers are in use and staff do not appear to feel the urgency at all.
Understaffed. This store should know the business it’s in and be a ‘well oiled machine’, not one that reacts to demand as if it’s unexpected.
One Blazer available, not right size but forget asking for help, what do you do, queue for an hour to get an answer?
Musical instruments on the wall but no one to assist. They are missing sales and irritating customers.

Terrible customer service, processes and systems. Multiple trips for items that they have advised are available but not there when I arrive. They also take their phones off the hook so it’s impossible to speak to someone to confirm anything before making yet another trip down.

A well stocked general school supply store. I shop here for their range of musical instruments and spare strings. Lots of guitars here and effects pedals and mics etc. Knowledgable freindly staff.

Incompetent, disorganised… three months after ordering and we still have not been able to purchase uniform items ordered in early December. One star is generous.

Hi I have driven an hour to get to skool locker to get my sons uniforms for school tomorrow but you are closed and the sign says, We have had to close today at 3.45 due to staff shortage? Buts it is 13.45 doesn't make sense son going to have to wear no uniform or I dunno, The sign is quite confusing

If I could give zero stars I would. Visited in December and got about half the items my daughter needs to start Year 7 in 2022. Covid-related supply chain issues were holding up some items (fair enough) so I put them on back order. Early January I get a text to say my items have arrived. I go to the store only to find that just one has arrived. Not impressed with the poor communication but well there you go. Coupla weeks later I get another text. Not wanting to make the same mistake twice I rang the store and asked if everything was there and was told it was. So I rock up for a third time, and again only one item is there. I ask where are the others, and give them the order number. They have two of the outstanding items listed correctly but are missing others, and yet have some items listed that I hadn't ordered. Now on my initial visit I witnessed the staff member correctly enter all the outstanding items, so how the database could now be so wrong is staggering. And the staff member I spoke to on the phone clearly hadn't actually checked before giving me the assurance. The 2IC got involved but was not interested in an apology, or in posting me the outstanding items free of charge when they finally arrived as I suggested. They have a monopoly of course, so can get away with such ineptitude. Good luck- you'll need it.

Incorrect product was shipped for online order. Attempted to contacted customer service phone support no less than a dozen times without success. Voice-mail messages were not returned and besides an automated email acknowledging my support request I haven't heard from anyone. When attempting to contact a store for support, the same store which shipped me the incorrect products, I was advised they couldn't assist me. Won't be shopping here again and currently in process of going via consumer affairs to have error corrected.

Excellent service from staff who know their product line and the needs of school kids. They also have great prices. Especially good place for buying school shoes!

I always use the School Locker Oxley branch as I have found them to be really helpful and full of tips and great ideas for my music requirements (I am a music teacher). Their prices are competitive and I find them to be very professional so I send my students to the School Locker for all their music education needs. Special shoutout to Lisa as she will dig deep to get you what you want, and I find her easy to deal with and I love her sense of humour and light hearted approach to things. Keep up the good work guys!

Shopping for school uniforms at the School Locker is made much easier when Lisa helps out. As a frequent visitor I am always pleased to see that Lisa is there as I know she has detailed knowledge about the many different uniforms and good advice on sizing, all delivered with her friendly and helpful manner!
