Excellent customer service. Went over and beyond to assist with a purchase/refund not even related to their store! They obviously care about the brand. An asset to TSL! Special shout out to Rae, manager.

My macbook screen broke and I went into the store and spoke to Reece and he was so helpful and ended up getting my laptop fixed under warranty. Such a helpful team, with quick and easy communication and updates on the status of my laptop!

Brought (18/02/2023) a apple IMAC online, at the clearance price advertised.online $1788.after 4 days after myself chasing School locker up to find out when i can pick up computer i was informed computer does not work properly and they would not sell me the computer.and apply for refund which i have done now its 10 days since i purchased computer and no sign of refund or any communication from School locker Townsville.i have noted the computer is still for sale at the retail outlet for $1000 more than advertised on website. Don't purchase online. How many other people are purchasing the same computer online then been told to apply for refund? 10 days later. (Photos taken 27/02/2023)

We are Victorians and stopped in here with computer problems. Rhys could not have been more helpful and he went above and beyond good service as did the other staff we had input with. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

Tried to get info about a delayed order and then a refund when there was no expected date of arrival, only to get in argument with a male manager who liked throwing comments at my back as I walked away. Extremely unprofessional.

Useless. No one can provide information in a form that remotely resembles either a chain of material supply or a line of information passed from the seemingly invisible management. Customer service non existent.

Rae’s exceptional customer service was second to none from the very second I spoke to her on the phone to when I came in to the store.
Rae took the time to help me with my inquiries and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Her happy and friendly demeanour was a refreshing change and was a complete stand out. She’s an asset to the team.

A great selection of acoustic guitars, some electric & bass, amps, leads, pedals & electric drum kits as well as learning aids & books/ sheet music. Heaps of school items too, there's alot under one roof with helpful friendly staff & Covid check-in

I went to school locker for help with my apple phone and was greeted by kylie, well Kylie spent a lot lot of time showing how to fix and use my phone, Kylie was so helpful was amazing thank you so much School Locker for employing such great staff. My daughter had handed over her MacBook pro for repair on 14/03/21. The estimated completion date was 14/04/21. Despite several telephone inquiries from my daughter the service crew did not give any date for completion and I had to involve with this and pushing hard to get the computer repaired. I phoned this shop several times to this company on 17/05/21 but could not get through to the Mac team. I was told that my message will be delivered to the team and someone from the team would contact me to let me know the progress of the repair. Since no one had contacted me I had to call them again the next day and the same reply from the person answered the telephone call. Although I did not receive any call from the Mac repair team my daughter was informed that the service had been completed and asked her to collect the computer more than a month after the promised delivery date. This type of customer service is unacceptable, and I wish that the company management will take necessary steps to irradiate such occurrences in future. Also, I wish that Apple company management would keep close eye on the activities of their appointed repairers.

I never knew they have a Mac technician based here at their store. Reece is awesome very helpful and has even been recognised with a award from Apple itself. I'm sure they wouldn't be easy to get for recognition of his work. Thank you Reece for helping me out at last minute.

Great service, the music man Andrew knew exactly what I needed. He sold me an excellent piano and a few weeks later helped me find the perfect beginners books for a learner like me. Absolute champ!

Great guys. They were unable to fix my computer because of MY time line but could not be more helpful with advice and tips. I'll be going there in future for sure. The prices I saw on their new macs were very competitive too. I overheard one of the tech guys helping a tech-challenged lady out with advice. He didn't have to do that. It was just a nice guy giving that long lost thing called great customer service. He may have made nothing out of that time spent. But he won me, and I'm sure her as future customers. Great job guys

My MacBook stopped working last night whilst away for a work trip. Stopped into the Mac 1 store at The School Locker Townsville. Unlike going to an Apple store to get a repair the guys at Mac1 dropped everything and fixed my Mac whilst I sat and waited. For the amount of money you spend on a Mac all Apple services centres should be this good! Thanks for the amazing service Mac1 Townsville

Was welcomed by everyone at The School Locker very warmly but Reece and Andrew at the front desk exceeded my expectations on customer service.couldnt fault my experience with them and really hope they succeed in all endeavours.good job guys, you deserve medals and pay rises:)
