I have Just finished my Varsity Lakes Park Run 5k in the new Endorphin Pro 3. I Came first in my group of 35 to 40 which was a shock.took 2 mins of my PB what a great way to kick start the weekend.
Today i run as fast as i could. Thank you for product and good price to ill be back to your shop!

The ONLY place to go for running shoes, or any shoe that will be good for your feet. The best customer service and always willing to help.

Very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn't end up buying (they didn't have the colour I wanted) I learnt a lot. They have a treadmill to test out shoes. Would love to come back and get my next pair from here.

Just had such great service today at the Running Shop. They have a huge range of footwear and the staff are friendly and really knowledgeable. They ask a lot of questions about what you need and then make recommendations. Once I tried on different shoes, we then tried others until I found some that were a perfect fit. Well done team - I’ll be back when I need more sneakers.

I had been trying to find runners that work for me for ages. So many were giving me pain and I was fitted wrong over and over again.

I recently bought a pair of HOKA at TRS on the advise of Geoff. Whilst I loved the shoes there were some wear issues. When I took them back in Geoff replaced them without any problems and with a smile! Sensational service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place - they haven't forgotten what it means to look after a customers.

I’ve been in twice in the last month, the first time with the intention of buying 2 pairs of shoes and at least a weeks worth of good socks. I had to ask for service multiple times and felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff member despite being the only customer. I left without making a purchase, and the ‘service’ I received easily saved me $600, so I guess I need to say thank you! Everyone has bad days and I try to support local business, so I returned to get at least one pair of shoes, however I was served by the same person and despite buying the shoes, I again felt like I was an inconvenience and a joke, because I am not a runner, so how dare I enter a running shop. I’m not happy with my purchase either, they will be given away or left in the box in the cupboard, which means I’m still looking for shoes. I’ll try one of the big chains this time. At least they pretend they care about me as a customer and don’t judge me for not being a fit, athletic runner.

Ordered some trail shoes online over the weekend and they arrived Wednesday to NSW.
Super happy with the response time needed them for the coming Saturday!

Geoff from TRS is a very friendly guy that knows his stuff! Ever in the need to get a decent pair of running shoes, go to TRS.

I purchased a pair of shoes Asics from here in August 2020 and unfortunately they developed a fault 5 months later, I approached TRS to see if they could query on my behalf with the supplier to determine if this was a manufacturing issue or part of normal wear and tear. To the credit of the TRS staff they managed to get a full refund for which i duly spent on a pair of fantastic Vizi Gold/Vizi Red Saucony endorphin speed 2s after the very knowledgeable staff member highly recommended them.
Even though the pricing is not as sharp as other places I highly recommend purchasing from here for the knowledge of the staff and going the extra mile when an issue arose.

Fabulous service (from your AFL player - sorry didn't get his name). Only popped in for a look and now have the best pair of runners I have ever worn. Used to get ankle pain but these Brooks are amazing. Money well spent and I will definitley be back and would recommend this shop highly.

I was referred to Geoff at TRS by my chiropractor to get the best advice and prices on good walking shoes to support and improve my gait and posture. Man oh man THANK YOU, above and beyond anything I have ever experienced for knowledge and good advice. Geoff and his assistant gave me phenomenal service. Tried on one pair, observed my walk, 2nd pair better, 3rd pair perfect. Each time, observing my gait helped them refine which way to go with shoe choice. Amazing skills, if you're looking for new sports shoes, seriously do yourself a favour and go straight to these guys. Thanks Geoff.

Great knowledge. They definitely know what they're talking about. Price is high but shoes are designed to provide support and staff have the knowledge to fit the 'glass slipper' to the person.

I hate shopping at the best of times, and least of all for shoes. I received great service and advice on Sunday which made selecting new shoes so easy. Went for a run when I got home and my new pair are arguably the best feeling shoes I have ever worn. Thank you!
