The Reject Shop Redbank

Not going back. People just don't care about social distancing while in a lineup. I'm getting sick of it. Maybe hire some older staff who are mature enough to say to the customers, to get out if they can't do the right thing. It's mostly in women this is happening.

I love the Reject shop at Redbank Plaza, the staff have always been friendly and courteous and i always get plenty of bargains. Great little store

I usually am a fan of The Reject Shop, but this one was just depressing.

Yo the store is pretty good, decent prices, but seriously what's up with the smell?

It smells like somebody dropped the deep fryer oil from a takeaway store all over the store.

The staff member bagging our items didn't put our tinsel in the shopping bag, simple mistake, it happens. Maybe I'd have noticed if the counter space wasn't always such a mess. We took the receipt back and asked for it less than 10mins later and she responded with "sorry I don't recognise you and we're closed" despite it being 10mins before closing time. She then refused to give us the item that we had paid for.

Great place to pop in & crab some bargains. Large variety of items & very clean. The staff are happy, friendly & abliging. The only thing I don't like is there's not enough room to turn from the aisles with a mobility scooter due to inside ends of aisles having stock in the way. If the aisles only had stock at the end as wide as the shelving then it would be so much easier to manoeuvre. Most aisle aren't accessible by mobility scooter unfortunately

Love shopping here the Staff are very helpful and prices are good. Our 2 Guard Dogs love their treats and these are great value for $8.00

I loooove the reject shop but i did notice the one at redbank seemed more expensive than other areas.

A excellent variety of shopping all under the ones roof heaps of parking i could shop there every day always something i can't resist

Usually a decent shop but the experience of having an employee tell us off for browsing in the aisle put us off. She also ran over my daughter's foot with a trolley. Being pregnant is not a licence to be mean and rude.

Service with the other girls there was good but doesn't make up for ill treatment.

I’ve found a shop that sells NZ Bluebird chips cheaper than any other supermarket which is always a bonus! Usually only one cashier on the handful of times I have been there, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush and the queue starts to grow. Pricing is obviously their winning attribute with great finds for low prices. Quality is dependent on what you actually buy. Their kitchenware stuff are surprisingly great and can withstand time. I recommend for cheap shopping
