The Reject Shop Noosaville

I usually always get great customer service here however I encountered a female staff member on the floor this morning when they first opened who clearly did not want to be there as she wasn’t pleasant when I said “excuse me”. I asked if they had a kids bucket and spade in store, was told no as it’s not summer. (hello we live in Noosa) I said “oh no, serious” She then proceeded to mimic me and was completely unhelpful. I’ll be going to Noosa Heads store in future so I don’t come across and fingers crossed she doesn’t work there

Every one on here talking of friendly staff, I just observed a staff member refuse to pay for his bus ride in uniform and treat the bus driver with very little respect!

I like the reject shop there are lots of cheap trendy homewares and the staff are really helpful and remember you

It was good. It had staff who seemed happy to work and assortments of miscellaneous items however the quality of the items they sell could be better. Apart from that it is recommended by me

I visited the store serveral times today and was served each time by a young man named Nathan who provided exceptional customer service to not only myself but to every person in the line in front of me. He was polite, friendly and displayed a sincere interest in each customer. Great to see.

Bulk standard variety so if you would expect to find an item you need.you probably will here. Clean cool and happy staff.

I absolutely love this shop it's a place you can go to & lose yourself for an hour or more. It has a vast assortment of stock & can spark your imagination & creative part of you you didn't know you had. The staff are always helpful & know their stock & most importantly they always seem happy to be at their workplace. You can always find excellent products for low prices.

We like shopping there, also they have the smaller wheelie bins for $19 we got 2 in the kitchen 1 blue one for general rubbish and green one for recycle, works well. They have a lot of different useful things there.
