Wow! What a store! Huge product range and excellent availability of products! The best Reject Shop on the Fraser Coast by far!

I love the Reject shop, I have been going there for years. Was there a couple of weeks ago to look for a Birthday card for my husband. I as usual found the most lovely card and he really appreciated it. I had been looking for one for quite some time as I couldn't remember where the Reject shop was here as I'd been away from Hervey Bay for a while but became determined to find it. They really do have fantastic stuff and at a very reasonable price and the staff is very friendly and helpful and I'll be going back there again very soon

I visited the Reject Shop, Pialba this morning. I’m a senior and spoke very briefly to a staff member to enquire about a trolley. They only have baskets, so I went back to the entrance to retrieve a basket. Meanwhile, this young lady got a box of 12 items down from above head height and carried them to the checkout for me. After paying for them, the same young lady carried the purchase to the boot of the car. This type of customer service is extraordinary and thoroughly appreciated. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but what a wonderful asset she is to the Hervey Bay Reject Shop. Thank you so much, you have made my day. Debbie

My elderly mother attended here for a physio appointment. Well maintained, life guards on duty and clean showers and toilets wonderful to see the support for the community

We had just arrived in hervey bay it 5.25 were bailed up the door she didnt want to let anyone in but she did very crumpy at us we just wanted a couple of snacks while we were in there she was on the speaker hurrying us and another lady up i found her rude and horriable to deal with wont be back

I went back to the store today too get more of the Kellogs nut cluster breakfast cereal only $2 pk, they are the best, I get some great bargains in the store, and great staff.

Store is everything expected! Reasonable value, tidy and well presented. They even give you a Chinese hand bag for your purchase! Now if only they would bring back the root beer from Canada! And the Reese's!

Definitely worth having a browse as you can get a lot of same brand products at a much discounted price.

This is a great shop for all your odds and ends you can by everything at a great price. They have done the parking lot up at Bay Plaza now so it is much easier to park.

Good pricing, wide range of product with friendly staff. Quite a surprising range of goods, it would appear that they have increased their stock range.

The shop a stock are fine apart from a lot of things not priced, it's the staff you have to watch out for. Nasty might be the best way to describe it. Loudly abusing a customer because the manager thought she saw him open something to get a better look. Manager and staff walking around swearing at each other and discussing customers in a degrogatry way.

I go to The Reject Shop often. I love the variety and all the staff from the most junior to the most senior are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Well done to all of you. It's what keeps us coming back again and again.
