The Reject Shop Cleveland

Very average in their set up and range. Some of the staff really do not seem happy to work there. Not entirely surprised though.

Always have good deals and shelves are well stocked, if you can be bothered good savings can be made if you shop right.

The staff here have AMAZING customer service. Every time I'm in there, nothing but the best. 5/5 stars! Well done:)

I know it's a $2 shop but it is so hard to find what you're looking for in there. At least the counter staff are friendly.

Cheap as chips. Love just going to see what they have and always walk out with stuff. Buy my cat sand there

Not a very nice reject shop, many items in store with no prices, then the staff member was rude and wouldn't honour the $5 cashback promo because she 'had already processed the order'

We went browsing there before choosing time. The store is what you'd expect for the reject shop, pretty standard. The store announced it was closing time and then dimmed the lights. It would have been nice for a ten minute warning bing bong, but apart from that, a good shopping experience.

I've just been there.very reasonable price on every island love the bargains the check out girls n boys r very helpful. If u can't find something they will get some one to get it for u

I Love the Reject Shop. It is good for those odd things you might need. Or small gifts and various storage containers but don't forget some packaged food items. Plus various other items.

Well designed doesnt feel too cluttered. Good choice of goods, and easy to find. Prices are interesting whilst others you wonder why they are so expensive ;). But you can still find good bargains.
I forgot to take my own bag and had lots of little things. No help whatsoever when asking if there was a small box around maybe. Very strict and not overly friendly. Made the trip back to the car interesting

Lots of choices, good size shop. One of my favourite reject shops as there is plenty of room within shop. Staff not extremely friendly but I bypass that at I always find what I'm needing.

Did enjoy shopping there until they got a new manager. He needs to learn people skills and how to run a business. A 5star to the other staff members but sadly the store and manger 1star

Just what you expect from the reject shop un-motivated staff.
Quality of product has a lot to be desired.
But on a plus they often do you UK products.
