Although I find their prices rather high for a "cheap" shop they have some fairly good stuff.

Presentable store format, easy to navigate isles and around other customers. Service staff were helpful too!

I left feeling rejected. Sorry, that was a joke. The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. They also sell some things you can buy nowhere else.

Great staff that were sorry I couldn't buy a pair of garden clippers and dog biscuits due to floods stock is low but spirits high

There are items only available in this shop with half price on them compared to the supermarket.
The young man at the check-out was very cheerful even though it was past lunch hour.
We bought stuff exclusively from this shop.
He knows which aisle certain products were located, that saved us from roaming the whole floor.

Staff member with a pixie cut & brilliant blue eyes (didn't get her name) was so helpful with different ideas when I couldn't get the item I needed and offered another alternative. She was actually happy to help me. Keep up the friendly service.

Need to ensure products on display are priced. I for one will normally walk away if there is no price on an item

It was OK. Some staff were not very friendly I asked for help in there a few times and it's a big effort for them to point me in the direction of something or find out if they have something in store. They do have some good things in there, love the Tesco products.

Almost always find what you want at half the price. I shop there mostly for my household cleaning products.

Went in to buy small to medium size plastic boxes. Large floor display had sign advertising $6. Get to the register and they scan for $8. Queried price, was told that was smaller box price - no smaller boxes there. False advertising, please get your pricing correct. Disappointed in the reply to my query.
Will always double check my docket from now on.

Maybe it's covid-19 but it seemed like shelves had lots of gaps and quite a few items lacked price labels.

Plenty of variety at cheap prices, but.you get what you pay for.sometimes you only need simple.items to get the job done
