The Progress Faculty reviews
11I only spent a mere few months working here yet had the most wonderful time and experience working with the most amazing teammates and opportunities given at Progress. They have the absolute greatest support systems within the team and company in general, travel opportunities within the jobs, and learning/skill development ethic when training and coaching. You’re never alone at Progress and you’re always better than you think as my Mentor told me! Dan Cross is quite frankly THE BEST boss I’ve ever had and probably will ever have, and if you work here - you will agree! I also have to give an honourable mention to the team leaders I worked with, mentors I had and Kirsty - You’re all beyond amazing and I appreciate all you’ve ever done and continue to do! I’ve never missed a workplace until leaving this company!:)
Favourite part of working here was the workplace culture, best of any place I’ve worked. They provided so much opportunity for growth and learned so much.
The work environment at the progress faculty was one of the best I have personally worked in. The effort placed not only in sales skills and quality but also the education on interpersonal skills was a highly enjoyable and well thought experience.
As a student I couldn’t stress enough how helpful the skills I learnt at the progress faculty are. All of the staff created such a welcoming and encouraging environment. Leaders of the business are truly inspiring and honestly seem to want nothing but the best for everyone. Lovely people and an amazing place to learn not just business-orientated skills like communication and sales, but a wonderful place that further expands on self-development outside of the workplace, too.
I worked here for the best part of a decade, I will never take what I learnt for granted. The skills and mentoring I received in my time here are irreplaceable and made me into the motivated sales person I am today. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking to improve their communication skills, find purpose through goals and work in a very positive environment.
Great workplace that is filled with highly professional and motivated employees, that all care about the work that they do.
The Progress Faculty is the best company to work with specially if you are someone who's not only looking for a job but also who wants career and personal growth. The people are so fun and very supportive of each other. Definitely a great company to be a part of.
I never worked here, went in for an interview or had anything to do with the company. But after hours of meticulous research, I’ve found this place to not be a family orientated company. This is my public opinion. I feel I have the right to express it. I don’t like this company. Your HR team can try to get in contact with me but I have no interest in a conversation with you. I’m merely leaving my opinion.
I’m looking through these reviews and noticing that The Progress Faculty are replying to all 5 star reviews with a big thank you! Which is understandable (even though they’re most likely paid for). But they’re seeing 1 star reviews and saying things like “we’re going to track you and you IP address down! ” They’re literally threatening people for giving them a negative review. Why not say “hey man thanks for the advice, we’ll try and work on that”?
Can’t you just accept the fact that some people might not like or even respect what you do? Just own it. Don’t go straight into denial every time someone gives you a bad review. It makes it look even worse.
Never done sales before, and wasn't really that interested in it. However, I started working for The Progress Faculty, and I never thought I was to say this: I LOVE SALES? ! I mean, it's tough af, but you only truly learn from your battles. I was given one-hell-of a boss, Dan, THANK YOU, and the best team I could ever wish for. They supported not only me, but everyone, every single day! A huge, and special thank you to Catherine and Josh, who's been there with me since we very first met. If anyone ever told me I was gonna do sales for a living, liking it - and wanted to do it for the rest of my life, I would simply just have laughed. I miss you all, all the way from Denmark - thank you!
If you ever wanna grow as an individual, have a fantastic team behind you try The Progress Faculty - even though you don't think you're into sales. Who knows until they've tried it, right?
As a student, I can’t help but gush about working for the Progress Faculty. They provide a happy medium of a professional workplace that teaches you skills that you can apply within the workplace but also life in general, as well as being a workplace where you meet people in different walks of life and grow to become a family that has a desire to watch everyone succeed?
